A beautiful apartment, gracious host, and beautiful city! We really enjoyed our stay!

We took the first leg of our honeymoon in Venice, and Sabine was the absolute best! She met us at the train station (even though our flight was delayed 3 hours). We were exhausted but felt right at home when we arrived. The home is quaint, good location, very safe, sunny, and had everything we needed. Sabine also provided recommendations and set us up to truly enjoy Venice. Highly recommend!!

Sabina is wonderful to work with and helped us every step of the way! The apartment is lovely, roomy for 2, close to stores, restaurants, the vaparetto, and in a quiet area. She met us at the bus terminal and escorted us to her apartment. We took the vaporetto and it was a short walk to the apartment. The steps were wide, easy to navigate. Lots of windows in the stairway and apartment made the area very bright. If you're planning a trip to Venice, i strongly recommend staying here. Grazie Mille Sabina 😎

We stayed at this apartment as part of an anniversary trip through Europe. The apartment is amazing, beautiful, very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The owner provided directions and met us at the bus station. She showed us the apartment and provided maps, directions and options for our stay. Everyone of her recommendations were 5 star. We will absolutely come back just so we can stay here again!!!

This was the perfect apartment for 3 of us. We explored all day and came into a clean cool apartment for the night. We could not have asked for more. It was in a great location in Venice! Nice and quiet but still in the middle of all there was to offer! Thanks for a great experience!!!

What a gem of a place! This apartment is in a great location, quietly tucked away from the crowds but close enough to access all of the main sites. We absolutely loved this neighborhood and the surrounding area, which felt just enough removed while absolutely brimming with beauty and charm. The hosts are AMAZING and set the bar very high for any future experiences. We were met at the train station and were able to walk to the apartment, a relief after aa busy travel day. We were shown all of the key features of the apartment and were so impressed by all of the practical and personable guidance and suggestions provided. Any question we had was answered promptly and with kindness. This felt like a well loved family property and really added to our experience in such a treasure of a city. I will be happy to suggest this spot to any friends planning a trip to Venice. Thank you!

My family thoroughly enjoyed Sabina’s apartment. The location was perfect - 15 min to the train station / 15 min to Rialto bridge / 20 min to San Marco’s Square. It’s also a few steps from a market, restaurants, cafes and gelato stands. The apartment itself was a step back in time but with modern amenities. It was clean, bright, well appointed, and had air conditioning which was welcome after exploring Venice all day. The furnishings and decor created a warm, quaint and comfortable environment. My 14-year old son enjoyed having his own room and a real bed (instead of the usual fold out couch). Sabina was an excellent host! She met us in person at the train station and led us to the apartment, all while sharing some history about Venice along the way. She was very responsive to our questions and helped us find transportation to the airport at the end of our stay. I highly recommend this host and location. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Venice.

Location within the Center of Venice was amazing. We had a great time exploring the city center of Venice. The property was the cleanest and most secure VRBO that we have ever experienced and the host, Sabina, Paolo, and Marilina, did everything possibly to make us feel at home in their city.

We absolutely loved our stay! Knowing the host was waiting for us at the bus stop after a long day of travel helped immensely, and she walked through the apartment and answered all questions. Everything within the apartment was so well appointed and the space was a delight and comfortable. There was a grocery store steps from the door as well as two quality restaurants. What's also nice is the property is a quick walk to all the major sites. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

This family home so perfectly located - you will love it! We walked across the Rialto Bridge every day, and after the first day could wander our way home again. Sabina is an excellent VRBO host. Everything you need is there, including ideas where to go for dinner. The property is a 3rd floor walk up, beautifully furnished, and absolutely spic and span, a perfectly charming place to use as home base to enjoy the wonders of Venice!

Since the first time I reached out to Sabina she has been very responsive, helpful, and genuine. There is nothing like having the property owner meeting you at the train station with a big smile! Relieves a bunch of stress! Sabina took time along the way to give us tips and tricks of navigating Venice which proved to be helpful consistently. She gave a great recommendation on a restaurant which I felt was the best place we ate at the whole time in Venice. Overall I could not be happier with the place, the location, and the hospitality offered. Loved every minute and would definitely book here again! One tip for the procrastinators out there don’t wait to ask for Sabina to give you a tour ask early!

We liked so much to stay in Sabinas flat. The place is situated perfect not too far away from the railway station in the middle of San Polo a good place to start to all the museums etc. The apartment is big, very clean and you will surely find everything you need. We felt like home in the lovely kitchen. The contact with Sabina was easy and professional. We had a very warmly welcome, she explained about the neighbourhood, the restaurants and the Vaporettos.

Home away from home! Sabina is the best host you will ever find! Her home is cozy, charming, and everything you might need and more for a perfect Italian stay. You are greeted by her personally at the train station and escorted through Venice to the stay with your own tour guide, as she is by profession! She spent all the time we needed and was available within moments answering any later questions. Everything about this stay was a Venice experience at its best!

From start to finish, our stay in Venice was great. Sabina was great at communicating and met us at the bus station when we arrived. As we walked back she gave us some highlights of places to eat and see. The apartment was spacious and very clean with a bunch of supplies like coffee, spices, laundry detergent and even local cookies. There was some problems with our next stop and Sabina was very accommodating in the option of staying an additional night. We would highly recommend this property that is centrally located.

This was our first visit to Venice so we did not have a preconceived idea of where to stay. This worked out perfectly. Sabina met us at the bus and escorted us to the apartment. We really appreciated her detailed information about the area and apartment (especially on how to operate the equipment). We were close to the Basilica S Maria Gloriosa dei Frari which is amazing! We were met and guided to the apartment. A delightful home away from home. Clean, comfortable. Clear instructions to support ease of use of all homely facilities. Good info folder from the owner gave us great local knowledge of the best of everything. Well located away from the too busy center of St Marco Square but easy to get to it. 40 steps up to apartment but handrail and wide staircase made the climb easier. I would return next time. We booked this apartment for a one week holiday to Venice. Communication with Sabina and Marilena was faultless and Sabina met us on arrival to walk us to the apartment. She was really lovely and gave us lots of helpful information regarding San Polo and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. Comfortable sofa, bed, good shower, kitchen etc. we wanted for nothing. There is a Conad supermarket literally one minute away where you can get all your food and wine and a great selection of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is within easy walking distance to all the sights. The whole apartment has air conditioning and we slept really well as it was lovely and quiet at night. I would 100% recommend this lovely apartment. It was a real home from home and so well maintained and cared for. Thank you so much Sabina and Marilena for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

It was a pleasure to visit Venice and part of this was because of this excellent apartment. It is a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood in Venice and everything you need or want to see is within walking distance. There is a supermarket around the corner for your grocery needs as well as (coffee) bars and restaurants. The owners are very nice to deal with and respond fast to questions. The checkin process was swift and easy and the owners were so kind to warmly welcome us at Piazalle Roma and accompany us to the apartment despite the late hour in the evening. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Venice.

We had such a good time in Sabina's apartment. Everything was well organized – our arrival, Sabina has been waiting for us at the train station – the apartment, well equipped and clean, even cookies and cool water were there, Sabina even provided a travel bed for our 1,5 year old kid – our stay, a quiet neighbourhood, supermarket around the corner, and AC in every room! You really feel at home right away at this lovely place. I highly recommend a stay in this lovely home.

Sabina made us feel at Home and took care of us upon our arrival in Venice. The location of the apartment is perfect to explore the city. It offered everything we needed and had a familiar touch. We can very much recommend to stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sabina and Marilena’s home. It was so nice to come home after a long day of sightseeing to a cozy, clean and very comfortable apartment. We really liked that it is in a relatively quiet and calm “sestiere” of Venice but still has good coffee bars, restaurants nearby, and the busy San Marco sestiere only about a 10 minute walk away. Sabina was so helpful with lots of great tips and logistical info. She’s an amazing resource! Even though there were only two of us, the apartment was a perfect size. It was nice to rest in the salon with a glass of the local Prosecco. I highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Sabina was very welcoming and covered everything you could think of in regards to the neighborhood, including personal recommendations for dining and points of interest. The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed to prepare meals if so inclined. It was fairly easy to figure out how to get around the area thanks to the maps Sabina wrote on for us! Sabina was an amazing host! Because we arrived quite late on a Sunday night, she and her husband Paolo very kindly met my daughter and myself at the airport and escorted us into Venice and then me to the apartment!! Sabina gave me a complete rundown on all I needed to know about the apartment and even left me some breakfast goodies for the next morning. The apartment is very spacious and is extremely well outfitted and I found EVERYTHING I needed...and I stayed for 8 NIGHTS!!! The apartment is very bright, with lots of windows, it is super comfortable and was spotless. I found the location to be ideal...an easy walk to Rialto and San Marco Square, but away from the crowds in a less touristy part of town. There is a great supermarket around the corner from the apartment and many great restaurants, bars, gelateries and shops very close by. Sabina has compiled a book that she leaves in the apartment with everything you could possibly need to know about the apartment and the neighborhood. She also left maps, brochures and booklets on Venice that came in very handy! She was 100% available for any questions or advice I needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful apartment! I loved staying here! The place was very clean and was very sunny. It was like a home away from home. Within walking distance to everything yet out of the main traffic. Paola picked us up at the train station and walked us to the flat. Paola was very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know. Sabina was very sweet and knowledgeable, always available with a quick answer to any question we had. Thank you so much for opening up your family home to us!
