Easy to have a smoke in the parking spot.

No washing machine as promised. Only one bedroom, not two as advertised. Only one bathroom, not two. They say two bathrooms, but one toilet & sink & separate shower room. The bathroom was so small that it was difficult for a large man to squeeze into far enough to close the door. Both "bathrooms" are downstairs, so if you need to use the bathroom during the night, you must go downstairs. And... only one very small aircon in the upstairs bedroom, so the apartment stays hot all day & night.

The attendant si Darwin took 2000 pesos extra from us. The amount paid was for the apartment not for just a room. But he took 2000 pesos extra to open other room.

The information on how they host would leave the house to us. The host called me up in the middle of my sleep (2AM), to tell me he is attending to my request.

I think the limited utensils and the subdivision’s swimming pool that they offer to guests was under renovation. It is in the clubhouse of the village. Walking to and from the gate is also not very easy without any form of transportation.

We really like the property. The place was cozy and very comfortable. The rooms were clean and there's WiFi. The location is peaceful and easy to find ( near EK). I also appreciate how the owner was so accommodating and understanding despite of our constant check-in/time of arrival. We enjoyed our stay and I definitely recommend this place!

Location and the house!

Location was nice and quiet

The caretaker was an opportunist. 1st he charged us P200 pesos per person for the pool use but was advertised as amenity. Also it was published in booking .com two rooms but upon arrival the other room was lock and asked us to Pay another P 2500 on the second room. This ruin our one day vacation. Upon insisting that it was included the caretaker open the second room after mentioning that i will write a comment against him. I've been subscribing booking .com for over ten yrs and always been nice. Hopefully the owner will read this to make her aware what is going on. Caretaker also ask us to clean the unit before leaving (clean as u go)..really? But we clean still though
