Nice room. Bed is comfortable Swimming pool is good but shallow. The street have got shops and restaurants nearby. Looks clean.

Took me whilst to wait when the room is ready. I was hungry and they wanted me to wait. They didn't understand my accent (I speak English and the receptionist wasn't good in English). Wifi is slow.

great property so close to the airport ! so close to shops and food perfect for our stay. our flight got in a midnight and we checked in so easily

perfect for what we needed

Only stayed for one night but everything was great. Room was great, quiet and clean.

The check in system is different to the usual and in our case was very slow even though we arrived hours after the check-in time.

Room is very clean, spacious.amenities shown in agoda are completely alright. Beddings, towels and linens are very okay.Shower and bath- restroom are pleasant. Host and caretaker are very accomodating and helpful. Delightful Stay😍😍

Overall ,i like the room we stayed. Highly recommended . Near places of interests.Very clean .And everything i need is complete..Beddings, linens,yowels etc..it is really hotel like facility.I praise the owner and caretaker. My husband and I love this nice place..Excellent

Room is ready, and easy Check-in process; good value for stay

Location is very central. Lots of upmarket restaurants and takeaways nearby. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking tools and the all important rice cooker and water kettle. Bed was comfortable, wifi was fast, ac did its job. Very clean and comfortable.

For some reason clicking on the get direction button in booking.com in google maps takes you to number 2 newport boulevard. once out the airport sky tunnel, turn left at the church and follow that street until you see the bull statue, and you are pretty much there. Was a little annoyed walking all over the place following google maps. Ended up having to call the host and get step by step instructions. The tv channel selection was also a little limited, but only a minor gripe.

good location for being near the airport. the owner is lovely and welcoming beds are comfy powerful + hot shower very clean no noise

Perfect if you just want to stay one night between flights, very close to the airport. Clean room, good AC.

This is not a regular hotel, just one apartment, so you need to contact the host on Whatsapp when you arrive. If you do not have Internet this can be an issue. I said when I would arrive but we still had to send a message on Whatsapp when we arrived to get our room key. It worked fine for us since we got a local SIM card at the airport, but it was a bit complicated.

As a condo and not a hotel it has no real reception where you can drop your luggage when you check out. A big disadvantage when your flight is 8 h later.

Great staff - supportive and caring; room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was really nice and clean.

Air conditioning was quite loud.

it is right opposite to terminal 3 but you have to go around thus it is not walkable if you have heavy luggage. the managers are super nice and will respond quick on WhatsApp. The room is spacious and clean and got everything. A few restaurants downstairs and the main shopping mall is 10 mins walk with a lot of nice choices and a cinema. A good choice if only overnight. And there is security by the gate thus felt pretty safe.

The front desk of the condo was a bit slow in checkin.

It was fairly close to the NAIA Airport Terminal 3 which made my transit more comfortable. Though it is close to the airport, it took probably 15 - 20 mins for us to get to the hotel. The room was clean and checking out early was not an issue. Host was also polite.

There was no hot water in the shower and it took half an hour for the host to show up even after I already said I would be there at a certain time. It made the experience just a little less pleasant.

Had everything I needed. Close to airport. Close to 7/11, Lawsons, McDonald's . Perfect for my stay. Great staff at facility and when dealing with apartment .

As its close to airport. Could be used in connection with your in or out journey. A recognised bag storage facility could be useful in the building if a time lapse between checking out and your flight
