I like the location, it is very accesible from the train station , though we had a bit of difficulty finding their door 😅. The staff was so friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended! 👍

We did not know that their reception is open from 8am onwards... and were trying to call them non stop from outside 😅

Breakfast not available. Unfortunately too much noise from outside, hindering our sleep. Of course you can’t control the noise but a double glazing the window may minimise it.

Que el ascensor estuviera fuera del hotel. No siempre estaba disponible. Dejaban la puerta del ascensor abierta y por eso salia ocupado y no se podía usar

Sehr freundliches Personal, bzw. Inhaberin. Angesprochenes Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Hervorragende Lage. Alles völlig unkompliziert und reibungslos.

A localização, bem defronte ao mercado central de Roma, excelente! A equipe é fantástica, gentil, prestativa, fácil comunicação e sempre disposta a ajudar. O quarto é de excelente tamanho, decorado à moda antiga, o que torna o ambiente aconchegante e charmoso, apesar de muito simples. A limpeza também excelente. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis.

O único apontamento negativo resta sobre o banheiro. O box muito pequeno, com uma cortina escura que prejudica muito a luminosidade. Para quem tem limitações físicas, como eu, é bastante complicado. Além disso, a quantidade de água que sai do chuveiro é pouca, mas há um aviso na porta dizendo que este é um problema da região e não da acomodação em si.

Elisabetta went out of her way to make me feel welcome and at home. I only stayed for one night, but when I asked her if I could possibly have a space where I could connect to an online meeting, she prepared my room early and even offered the breakfast room because she thought it was a face-to-face meeting. The room was nice and spotless. She made me a fresh cheese omelet and ham sandwich, aside from the cold breakfast. I felt very safe, comfortable, and welcome. Will consider again next time I am in Rome. Thank you!

Fomos muito bem recebidos. Bem atendidos no café da manhã. O café da manhã está incluso no preço. Tudo o que solicitamos foi atendido. Fica do lado do Roma Termini o que facilitou pegar o trem para o aeroporto. Só ficamos 1 dia antes do retorno para o Brasil. Excelente relação custo/ benefício.

The whole experience at this hotel was super. Elisabetta is the best host. She truly cares about her property and guests. Wonderful lady and her son Giorgio is great.

The room was clean with good space for our luggage. The decoration was a plus for me. The room had an air conditioner which was super good for this year's summer. Elisabeta was friendly and attentive with us. We had the option of breakfast and Elisabeta made us fresh cappuccino and tosti. The breakfast is italian, which I am not used to, not exactly a problem, so I brought my own banana/apple and muesli to balance my diet. The location was really good for us, near the termini station and main attractions. And also supermarkets, restaurants and laundry mats. The internet was good and fast.

Our stay was only one night but it was exceptional! Elisabetta gave us such professional, yet friendly service. The property is conveniently located minutes from Termini station, it is clean, and the breakfast was also a big plus! Elisabetta even let myself and my partner checkout late at short notice

The location (outside the property) is a bit run down, as it is close to a main train station but nothing to do with the property

Convenient for our purposes, a short walk from Termini train station. Elisabetta was very nice. Comfortable clean bed and bath.

easy to find ,easy check-in, very clean, proximity to Roma Termini perfect, breakfast was more than adequate and mum Elisabet and son George we’re perfect hosts.

Elizabeth was so helpful. We kept having to change our booking details and she was so kind and patient. A wonderful host. It's in an excellent location beside Termini train station and has a lot of restaurants nearby. We could walk everywhere. Rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning and quiet. Has a lift! I would definitely stay here again.

Staff are very lovely and good location near station

The air con is very loud and doesn’t work very well so it made it hard to sleep. The pillows are very firm and uncomfortable. Bathroom is very small and the shower curtain makes it uncomfortable to shower as it is touching you and water is going outside onto the floor. There were 2 times during our stay where we had no cold water at all so when I got into the shower it was boiling hot and no cold water coming from tap. During this time we were also unable to flush the toilet. When I raised this with the staff he said he couldn’t do anything. This was very frustrating as after a long day in 36 degree weather, I needed a cold shower. Doors to the hotel shut after a certain time and staff were not awake to hear us buzzing from outside to let us in. The area is also very dirty and dodgy which is no fault of the hotel obviously.

Convenient location very close to Termini & ALL amenities a tourist would expect. Exceptionally clean. AC was great & we slept very well.

the hotel was very close to termini but the area around it is not that great. It has too many homeless around the area.

The host of the house was wonderful, very helpful and kind. Every morning we had breakfast, some toasts and coffee, which made a great beginning of the day. The rooms were cleaned and the towels changed every day.
