I liked the host, she was really friendly, upgraded us for free to a nicer appartment as somehow the reservation I made for 3 people (2ad+1ch) was taken into consideration as only 2 adults. Also international feeling, we were in an egyptian neighbourhood but there were many other foreigners. Stunning view on the turquoise sea!!

The trash at the gate. It was shocking when we first arrived. A guy from the house opposite came out in the morning and dumped his trash in the garden at Turtles entrance! There was also a lot of trash on the beach (a little further from the accomodations official beach).

The host she was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The appartment is very beautiful. The location outside the city noise is very nice, and has a friendly local neighbourhood, with many shops.

Functional apartment, very quiet and complex has a couple of nice pools with private beach and swimming area and beachside cafe/restaurant. Aircon worked well, there is a water filter tap and washing machine was good. The complex itself is generally kept clean and tidy (although the driveway/surrounding streets are not great). Apartment itself was generally very clean (apart from a couple of missed areas on arrival). About a 15 minute walk from Bestway supermarket and various fruit shops (and a few minutes walk away to the right, there is shop attached to the Fiesta Resort for basic groceries). 11 or 6L water bottles can be purchased from the beachside cafe. Good value for the price and they upgraded me on arrival to a Seaview room.

The entrance driveway is a dirt/rubble track with rubbish strewn at the side. The oven was a bit greasy when I arrived, coffee table sticky and loo a bit smelly but I cleaned/regularly bleached. Whilst the sofa was clean as was the bed linen, there were some historic stains (presumably from careless guests). If I had raised it with the owner, they probably would have dealt. The crockery/kitchen equipment is all a bit tired and basic and the clothes drying on the balcony rusty and rickety. Small items that could be easily remedied.

We booked the studio but we got an upgrade to 1 bedroom apartment. It was very clean and spacious, we loved it. Everything worked fine, balcony was great. There are 2 swimming pools but we did not used them. Has private beach, water is clean.

Bit far away from Hurghada, but you can take Uber.

It was nice and good stay. The beach was mostly sandy, beautiful and so close, just few steps. The studios are modern. Good swimmers who can go a bit far in the sea, have the opportunity to do some snorkling. The view from the terrace was nice. Kitchen is equipped with essential electrical appliances. The host specially Mrs Engy is communicative and responsive all the time. We will come back for sure.

Watertank can be established above the building for having a water reserve in case electricity cuts as it happens frequently in summer in egypt. More care can be given to changing the beddings.
