El salón cocina abierta está bien equipada y aire acondicionado opcional. La cocina está totalmente equipada con 2 pozos de vitrocerámica, horno eléctrico, nevera / congelador, cafetera, tostadora, etc. Hay un dispensador de agua (ósmosis inversa) para agua potable fresca, sin necesidad de comprar y llevar botellas de agua pesadas del supermercado.
Un dormitorio tiene una cama doble (1 colchón de 160 x 200 cm) y el otro dormitorio tiene un sofá cama. Con 2 colchones normales (80 x 200 cm cada uno) hace una cama de 160 x 200 cm.
El baño tiene una ducha y hay una lavadora.
En el salón puede hacer que el sofá se convierta en una cama y hay un acceso inalámbrico a Internet (WIFI).
El apartamento tiene un pequeño balcón francés. Se encuentra a sólo 600 metros de la playa de la hermosa Puerto de Mogán. Hay estacionamiento privado (alquiler a corto plazo sin costo adicional).

Too much noice from the street just 3 meters from the balcony and bedroomwindows. There was sun just from 9.30 to 13. Balcony much tok snakk to dit more then 2 people. Apartments rather cosy but needs renovation

Property is on a busy, noisy, smelly main road into Mogán.
The shower broke on the first day, a panel fell out and despite eventually contacting Albert it was not fixed. The shower itself was not cleaned to a good standard and of very poor design.
A faulty, potentially dangerous electric problem was also not repaired, although it too was reported.
Albert was friendly and did let us leave our cases at the property after checkout time.

OK til prisen
Lejligheden som helhed var fin, dog var brusenichen meget lille. Havde måske været bedre med badeforhæng end faste sider, med meget lille åbning.
Wi Fi gik i stykker den første af vores fire uger, så vi var nødt til at bruge et ikke sikret netværk.
Den største gene var dog trafikken (især busser). Det er umuligt at tale sammen når de kører forbi enten man sidder på terrassen eller inde med åben dør.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location.
Great location, very handy to have a parking space just a short walk from the beach. Super comfortable beds and air-con was very much needed too. Clean and practical apartment. The road noise wasn’t great for me but it didn’t bother the rest of the family! All in all ticked the boxes for us, Albert is very easy to communicate with and kindly waited up when our flight was late. He also left us some useful items to keep us going - milk, coffee etc. We had a great stay.

The apartment was spotless clean. The bedding and pillows smelling fresh. Everything is close by: 2 big supermarkets, beach, restaurants. That water-machine to make drinking water helped a lot, no need to carry drinking water from the supermarket. International TV-channels. Albert Thank you, we like to come back next year.

The apartment was spotless clean. The bedding and pillows smelling fresh. Everything is close by: 2 big supermarkets, beach, restaurants. That water-machine to make drinking water helped a lot, no need to carry drinking water from the supermarket. International TV-channels. Albert Thank you, we like to come back next year.

Climatisation en panne...pendant la canicule...
Albert nous a bien accueillis dans un appartement de 47m2 fonctionnel et propre. Manque de chance pour nous, nous y étions lors d'une semaine de canicule et la climatisation est hors service et non réparable car Albert n'a pas accès au local dans lequel se situe le bloc extérieur de la clim! Impossible pour nous d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour se rafraichir la nuit car l'appartement donne sur la route principale qui conduit à Puerto Mogan, où les bus passent en continu (même la nuit) en accélérant après le ralentisseur... Nous avons donc passé une semaine très difficile avec nos 2 enfants car la température était intenable dans ce logement. De plus c'est le plus petit appartement et le plus cher que nous avons eu aux Canaries (sur 4 appartements différents).
Le balcon est agréable car à l'ombre l'après-midi mais trop petit pour se mettre à 4 personnes à table et bruyant car sur la rue principale.
Le logement est en revanche très bien situé par rapport au centre car à 5minutes à pied du port et de la plage de Mogan, endroits très très agréables (Puerto Mogan est vraiment à ne pas manquer!), ainsi que 2 supermarchés.
Si la climatisation était fonctionnelle j'aurai recommandé ce logement car elle serait suffisante pour refroidir les 3 pièces et le bruit de la rue n'est pas dérangeant lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées, mais sans clim en plein été je le déconseille...

The water cooler was a welcome addition.

GREAT HOLIDAY APARTMENT
The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and a few minutes walk to the beach, two decent sized supermarkets and the lovely town. It was great not having to cart bottles of water to the flat as it has a water machine.
