Beautiful apartment

Perfect location, in center of Kolonaki and no noise at all! Very clean apartment and comfortable bed. Taric was very helpful and responsive. Near everything, supermarkets, restaurants, bars. I highly recommend!

Stunning Place

Everything was beyond Exceptional. In Great location in the safest area in whole Athen in Kolonaki. everything within walking distance. We stayed for a Month and felt like Home and was very sad to leave. Definitely will always come back to the same place when I am in Athen.

Great location , walking distance to outdoor movie theater.

Very high ceilings apartment with decorative moldings. Nice modern furniture and big tv.

AC was not powerful enough even on turbo could use an upgrade. Shower could use a good scrub.corners where mouldy.

Exceeded my expectations .. Highky recommend would come back in a heartbeat!!

True to the images posted. Location is amazing couldn’t have asked for better. Central yet quite. Facilities inside were very nice well maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable and had everything that I would have needed Had a hiccup and it was dealt with immediately. Staff are very responsive.. to everything be it information or assistance.

Hidden gem in Athens

We arrived in Athens before check-in time and Mehmet was nice enough to meet us earlier so we could leave our luggage in the apartment and visit. The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped; and it is located in a very upscale area from which you can easily walk to Syntagma and Plaka.

when in Athens will stay there again.

a nice clean specious apartment with big windows, opening doors to a small balcony. well equiped kitchen, a comfortable bed and 10 minute walk to public transport. we very much enjoyed our stay there.

Great apartment but way too noisy at night.

Clean and comfortable apartment, well equipped.

The apartment is on a very busy, noisy street, with loud music playing well into the early hours, followed by renovation and building work from 7:30am. The agent/landlord's communication was not great, with slow or no response to emails.

Great location but average studio

The location

The apartment is actually a studio. The products that has been used for this studio is the cheapest you can find, i.e. the mattress, bathroom, etc. There is an entrance to the 3 studios that a for rent, this entrance is the angliest I have ever seen of my life, it's a pitty because the whole building is very nice. I added some pictures of the entrance
