* Vistas: sin duda lo mejor de la vivienda, desde cualquiera de sus terrazas disfrutarás con las vistas desde las mismas. * Ubicación: Diría que tardas de media unos 15min. en ir Marbella/Puerto Banús. La ubicación es lo que hace que tenga esas vistas. * Tranquilidad: La zona hace que no exista ruido alguno. * Wifi: bien, aunque creo que la casa necesita un mesh. En la planta de abajo a veces se perdía la conexión. * Menaje: con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La cocina cuenta con lavadora, lavavajillas, horno y microondas. Es una cocina pequeñita pero creo que suficiente para unos días.

*Parking: no es lo mejor la verdad. El edificio cuenta con garaje, pero no sé si esta vivienda tiene o no, el caso es que el parking es en calle y no es que existan muchas opciones. * Claridad en la habitación de la planta principal. Si buscas 100% oscuridad para dormir este puede ser un problema.

It is spacious and has a lovely view. It was a nice detail that there was hand soap (and some cloths) in the kitchen & and a small shower gel in the bathroom. There’s a smart TV (with Netflix) in the living room and a comfortable big couch, which was perfect for the evenings. The terrace is nice (equipped with wooden table & chairs) with a beautiful view. The extra terrace on the roof is a nice addition, but as this one is not being cleaned it is very sandy/dirty (this one is ‘empty’, not equipped, but lovely view!)

The only thing we missed was a coffee machine and a tv in the bedroom (but this is a personal preference). Also you should know that there is no elevator and a lot of stairs to climb.

The fridge/freezer unit is not of the most quiet sort...

The place is big, well-equiped, clean and well-designed. It has great views to the mountains from all 3 floors. you can see the sea and in clear weather you can spot the rock of Gibraltar as well. We consider returning and will be recommending it to friends and family.

Check-in was a bit complicated, the site said that we will have a code to enter but that was not the case. When we got there we called the host and wondered around asking the neighbors for help to enter/reach the host. On the second call they picked up and promptly gave us the key but there were no further insturctions or introductions.

The lots of stairs you have to conquer for reaching the apartment saves you the trouble of surching for a nearby fitness. (Good cardinal condition is needed to profit fully of this appointment. )
