It felt like staying in a high-end hotel...super clean, very well appointed, and everything seemed like it was brand new. Close to downtown Boulder. I highly recommend it! The second bedroom is a loft with stairs that may be tricky for an older adult or a small child.

Beautiful little place, very clean and well-appointed. Friendly, pretty and very walkable neighborhood. Everything was great, except for getting into and out of the loft space. The stairs are very tricky to navigate. Extremely hard to get a suitcase or duffle upstairs safely. Would also be a danger for children or anyone with even minor mobility, coordination or balance issues.

My 25-year old daughter and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this lovely coach house. The owner was very accommodating and kind about a change in our stay dates that came up, which was deeply appreciated. The house itself is better and more thoughtfully stocked with little comforts than just about every other VRBO I’ve rented…and I’ve had some very positive experiences elsewhere, too, so that is saying a lot! Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom and plenty of room to lounge in the living space. Plus washer dryer, a fully stocked kitchen and a nice-sized bathroom with plenty of high quality towels. Everything was super clean and perfectly arranged. Kudos to the owners - they obviously take a lot of pride in what they are doing. We hope to return!

Charming guesthouse, comfortable, great location, nice amenities. Walking distance to Pearl St. Mall and easy access to all that Boulder has to offer. A bit of agility needed to access the loft bedroom area, but we had no trouble. Paula was wonderful to work with—very responsive to my questions and clearly cares about providing a great experience for her guests. Highly recommended!

So glad we went with this property. Miss Paula was wonderful to work with and so helpful before we even arrived in Boulder. The property was in a great location- close to everything- and so comfortable to relax in after a day of hiking or walking around seeing the sites. Would highly recommend!

Overall my wife and I had a great experience at this location. It’s really close to downtown Boulder walking distance probably maybe a half mile. Parking on the street was great. The guest house may not be great for multiple families but for two adults and two kids it has ample space and a fun little loft for kids. Some of mentions the loft area is tough to get to you in a little bit dangerous for kids which is pretty true but I would imagine anybody above 8 would be fine with it. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a nicely appointed place with laundry!

Thoughtful and helpful hosts; great location, great updates. Wife and I should have brought our travel pillows but that is only a personal preference. Shampoo and provided soaps were great smelling and cleaned us well. Absolutely considering staying again. Thank you for a great stay!

As an owner of a property management company with 200+ units for rent, I am pretty particular and tend to be critical of rental houses. This cottage was perfect in every way. Super clean, well stocked, instructions for amenities were very clear, owner was responsive. Rent with confidence is my suggestion. Loved it!

Our stay here was perfect. The house itself was beautiful and cozy and we couldn't have asked for a better location. Good coffee, food and shopping were all within walking distance and great hikes were only minutes away in the car. We're already planning our next visit.

We booked Paula’s guest house for five nights in Oct 2021 while attending our son’s wedding. It is a beautifully renovated guest house on the same property as their home, and everything is new, immaculately clean, and well stocked and maintained. Perfect for two adults, and we made it work for four—our 30+ daughter and husband shared the upper loft. Note: Access to the loft is via a very unique and steep “alternating stairway” which was pretty intimidating and NOT appropriate for children or elderly/unsteady adults. The location was perfect for everything Boulder has to offer, and in addition to our family’s wedding events we enjoyed restaurants, shopping, and outdoor hiking adventures just a short drive away. And when we needed relax time with a morning cup of coffee, or a yummy glass of wine, the front porch was spot on! Will definitely use again…highly recommend!

Outstanding experience throughout the entire process. Owner even stopped by to make sure we were good with everything. It’s a very nice place and in a good location.
