Das Haus hat viel Charme ( Elternhaus des Eigentümers) die Umgebung ist dörflich und strahlt die Ruhe eines Sonntagnachmittags aus. Man hat das Gefühl, man kommt nach Hause.. Der Garten ist phantastisch! Unter einer riesigen Kastanie steht ein Tisch, an dem man essen und relaxen kann. Zu den Klöstern ist es unweit und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gut erreichbar!

Es ist alles sehr ok! Zwei Liegen ( Sunbeds) für den Garten wären als Ergänzung schön!

Loved the fact it was a farmhouse and kids enjoyed walking around the various fruits and vegetable garden. Friendly host and neighbours, overall enjoyed the peaceful quiet lifestyle. Lovely outdoor area where the family spend a lot of time having long dinners in the evening, also has barbecue facilities. The host also left some of the wine he made himself for us, was wonderful having home made wine.

Nothing much, we knew we wanted a farmhouse as an experience and we got it.

Quiet village near Mateora (10 minutes drive). Sufficient number of bedrooms, beds and sofas. There is a bathroom outside with a toilet, a bath tube/shower, and a washing machine, convenient for a big family. Nice garden to relax.

It is a bit old inside (the kitchen, the bathroom inside), but that matches the price.

Staying in the house felt a bit like being a resident of the village. Friendly neighbors passing by kept greeting us while we were playing with our 20-month-old in the wonderful garden. Time almost stood still, which is the surest sign of a relaxing holiday. Antonio, our host, was incredibly nice and forthcoming. When the coffee maker broke, he replaced it quickly and without question. Overall, we couldn‘t have had a better stay.

Some other reviews mention that the bathroom situation is a bit weird - and that‘s true. It‘s located on the ground floor and you need to pass through the 3rd bedroom to get there. It’s also pretty basic. Overall, it feels like the bathroom was only an afterthought when the house was built. But we were mentally prepared and didn’t mind in the end.
