As an extended family of 7 we could not have found a better home for our holiday. The hosts were very responsive to our every question. The beds are comfortable and dressed in high end linens. Towels were thick and plentiful. The kitchen had every gadget we needed. Wish we had known about the attached suite as that would have made it possible for additional family to join us but still have privacy. Very pleased with our choice!

My friends and I stayed here over a long weekend. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in the wonderful patio space and next to the pool. We had a ton of space and everything was available. Really great location being near to NOTL, wineries, and Niagara Falls as well. We would stay here again!

It was a great place and wonderful time by all of us. Had a little problem with the shower being slippery but got that taken care of. Answered any time I wrote.
It looked just like the Vrbo sight too. Beautiful.

Coordination process with the owners was seem less. This is a well kept (and equipped), conveniently located and clean property. We loved staying there and had an amazing time. Really felt like home. Nice pool and game room for family fun. There is an attached unit built in the garage, but it was empty. We still have the property for ourselves.

Despite the proximity to the neighboring houses, we felt like we had our own private getaway. The pool and game room were great amenities for the kids. The patio and grill were great for the adults. The house felt spacious. There was a shower handle mishap with the guests prior to us. Peer reached out to us ahead of time letting us know and also told us he would make the attached owner suite bathroom available to us. It was a great solution. We would happily stay here again. Thank you!

The host was wonderful, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The info booklet they left with house information was sooo helpful and I wish more places did this.
The house was beautiful and just perfect. The pool was great, they left lots of towels in case you needed more plus some pool toys in the pool house.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could need. And since it's in wine country there were plenty of cork screws in the kitchen, too.
Everyone said the beds were super comfy, all the seating was comfy, too.
We were there with an age range between 17 to 78 and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend it.

Place was outstanding. Presented exactly as described. No issues at all.
One thing, I would recommend having a vehicle/rental car. It is further from Niagara Falls/St.Catherine’s so Ubers cost more than expected.
Otherwise, loved it and would recommend.

Property was very clean and well appointed. The area is also very lovely. Owners Peer and Claudia were very responsive. A wonderful experience for our extended family. We hope to return in the near future!

Property is not in the center of town but only 10 minute drive to town and also less than 10
Minutes drive from any wineries. Nothing in walking distance but overall well located for family stay nice backyard and pool. Lots of space inside for family time also. Comfortable and host is accommodating and responds very quickly. Would definitely stay again

Only downside was we could not have friends in the area join us for a BBQ. Bylaws prevent having more guests at the house. We were there for our Sons wedding and it would have been nice to have a few family or friends in the area visit. But we understand the need to prevent the house from becoming a party house.
If I’m ever in the area again, would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had the King primary along with an ensuite while our kids and their kids had six different beds on the lower level…close to the wineries and restaurants in the Niagara on the Lake area…a good time was had by all!

We loved our stay so much last year that we rebooked and went back. Communication with Claudia and Peer are great. The property is well maintained and well stocked. The location is wonderful - walking distance to the wineries or short drive to major attractions.

Stayed at this beautiful house for 4 days with extended family and thoroughly enjoyed it. Peer was very responsive to the few questions we had during the stay. His suggestions on things to do in the area were very helpful. The pool was amazing, clean and warm. Would definitely go back.

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect property to host our bachelorette event! Even with 9 adults there was always plenty of room for everyone, the house was beautiful and decorated so nicely, the outdoor space was perfect for lounging and bird watching, lots of places around but still felt secluded and private. Would highly recommend anyone stay here that’s looking to do wine tours in the area or is part of a larger group - everyone enjoyed it and we hope to revisit again at some point!

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect property to host our bachelorette event! Even with 9 adults there was always plenty of room for everyone, the house was beautiful and decorated so nicely, the outdoor space was perfect for lounging and bird watching, lots of places around but still felt secluded and private. Would highly recommend anyone stay here that’s looking to do wine tours in the area or is part of a larger group - everyone enjoyed it and we hope to revisit again at some point!

The pump system that would come on was very loud and it did not work great in the shower so you were always standing in water. The only other item, when downstairs you could hear every footstep on the 1st floor.

Great place
We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family get away. We had 4 kids who absolutely loved the pool! The house and the backyard are well maintained and fully equipped with all the basics and more (beach towels, extra floaties, games). On the first day we had issues with a large amount of tiny fruit flies, but found the bug catcher on top of the fridge, which solved the issue quickly. But otherwise the house very clean and we would live to return again.

We had a wonderful time. Location was perfect. Pool was great and well situated from house. Very private. Kitchen was well appointed. Went on wine tour thru the Bench area in Beamsville. Our driver picked us up, and was very informative. no driving involved. We will consider rebooking next year.
