Aquí hay un condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en South Seas Northwest, torre 4, # 1408. Las fotos de la puesta de sol fueron tomadas desde el balcón del condominio. Tiene una vista del atardecer todo el año desde el balcón. El condominio fue remodelado en noviembre de 2018. Debido a que es una unidad nueva, no tengo tantas clasificaciones, pero puedes ver qué tipo de propietario soy al revisar mi otro condominio, el número VRBO 1079578. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen y una cama individual. Así que dos parejas pueden quedarse fácilmente con un rey y una cama tamaño queen, y cada uno tendría sus propios baños. Hay dos baños completos, el baño de invitados está justo al otro lado del pasillo desde el dormitorio. El dormitorio principal tiene una habitación a un lado con el tocador, el lavamanos y el armario. Hay una habitación separada del inodoro y bañera / ducha. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6. Hay tres televisores con aproximadamente 100 canales y reproductores de DVD. Hay 3 puertas corredizas de vidrio que conducen al balcón, una fuera de la sala de estar y una desde cada habitación. El gran balcón está orientado hacia el norte y hacia el oeste con hermosas vistas del océano, la playa y la puesta de sol. También hay un sofá cama tamaño queen extraíble y un paquete y un juego de cama para un bebé. La cocina remodelada cuenta con todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. También son nuevas las encimeras de granito, tanto en la cocina como en el baño. La unidad está embaldosada, por lo que no hay que preocuparse por los alérgenos o la alfombra sucia.

The condo was just as pictured and described. Frank was very communicative and everything was smooth. We had a great vacation! We would definitely stay again in the future.

This property is perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The property was spotless. The staff in the building, at the pools, tennis courts, etc are friendly and the whole complex of buildings is very well maintained. Check in was easy. The beach is lovely and the owner provides everything you need for the beach from toys to chairs and umbrellas to a really handy cart since it is a long walk to the water. But, the balcony is the star with a beautiful view. The owner is clear and responsive and the apartment is nicely decorated for a relaxed beach stay. Public grills are available and we used them often. We would certainly rent again at this property.

My husband and I had a fabulous 10 day stay on Marco Island the end of September. The condo was clean and comfy and served as a great “home base” for our adventures. It was just the two of us so we only slept in the master bed. It was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. There were several beach items to use. The living room was comfortable and the balconies were wonderful to relax and watch the sunset. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Frank’s condo. We would definitely stay there again! We highly recommend CJs on the Bay and Deep Lagoon both serve delicious food and a great atmosphere. The beach was a little bit of a walk but if you are familiar with the area, it’s a shorter walk than parking at the Tigertail beach parking lot and wadding across the lagoon. The condo is about an hour and 15 min to Sanibel. We also visited south beach on Marco and enjoyed it. We took a shelling cruise out to the 10,000 islands and greatly enjoyed it. We went with Reel Kind and highly recommend them. Frank communicated with us very well leading up to our stay and answered all of our questions. He provided detailed instructions about the check in process and tips about the area. Thank you Frank for a wonderful stay!

Really nice condo in beatefull gated community. Enjoyed ocean view and sun set every day. Very easy check in/check out process. Higly reccomed this place and defenatly will stay there again.

This condo is in a great part of the complex, convenient off the elevator, views of the sunset ( in the spring) and the ocean goes for miles.
Unit could use some updated furnishings and paint. They were all in good condition just dated style and color.

Frank was an excellent host, very responsive and gave tons of info about the unit, condo community and Marco island which was extremely helpful as first timers to the island. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing time with family. The walk to the beach is longer than expected but was manageable with the provided wagon. Only recommendation is to bring bug spray and avoid beach at night as the “no see ums” were particularly bad.

Our second stay at this building and we opted for this condo due to over looking Tigertail beach and great views of sunsets. It was a great choice. We love the location. I
The condo was just as described. Largek balcony accessible from living room and both bedrooms.
Kitchen is fairly small and is towards the center of the building, but has everything needed to prep meals. Multiple coffee maker types also.
Great views from living room and both bedrooms. Evenings are very quiet. Really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night hearing wildlife in the park and waves from the beach.
Would recommend this condo! Communication with owner was easy.

This is our sixth time staying in the South Seas Towers; our first in this unit. We love the beach, watching wildlife, and the condo grounds. The Towers are well kept and clean, the pool is very nice, and there is direct access to the beach. There is a bit of a walk to the Gulf; about a third of a mile. The unit faces the northwest, overlooking Tigertail beach park. There were a few items in the condo that could use improvement: 2 of the 4 beach chairs were not usable, 1 of the 2 umbrellas was broken, many dishes/cups were dirty, 2 of the 3 TV remotes did not work (dead/no battery). The beach cart is great - it has wide wheels. There are some beach toys and a few balls. There are towels for bathing and for the beach/pool. The kitchen was well stocked and has a dishwasher with detergent. Overall, we had a relaxing and comfortable stay.

I loved the unique and picturesque view of Tigertail Beach, as well as the beautiful amenities, such as the grounds next to Tigertail Beach and the large, heated pool. The fitness center is also modern and well equipped, and we also appreciated the easy parking and/or walk to great dining options.
This condo is spacious, nicely furnished, and comfortable, with lots of fun treasures to enhance our trips to the beach. I highly recommend this unit and location!

The beach is about a half mile, it was quite an ordeal getting to the shore with 2 3 year olds

Frank was an awesome communicator and the place was just as we had hoped and expected !! He provided many extras as well as superior cleanliness !! This unit has so much more to offer than is listed such as a cart to bring umbrella, chairs and a cooler to the beach and a pantry with allot of extras. We definitely will be back again.

WOW - this was a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a view that was amazing. The unit was at the edge of the complex and overlooked a nature preserve for great views of the ocean, nature and great sunset views. Bring a pair of binoculars to check out the wildlife. Excellent time in the sun, at the beach, and stay at this beautiful clean condo. Frank was great with answering all of our questions before, during, and after our stay. We loved how close we were to places to eat, the beach, and beach activities.

We cannot give a high enough recommendation for this property and property owner Frank. The condo was clean and spacious and the sunsets and view from our balcony was beautiful. The condo was well stocked with equipment for the beach and pool. We also enjoyed the Pickle Ball court (equipment provided on site). The location was perfect. Easy beach access and many restaurants and shopping close by. Many thanks Frank!

The complex was beautiful and quiet. This is the place to leave all stress behind. A lot of complex rules that make you feel you are a bit like you are a child and not a responsible adult.

Marco Island Vacation
We loved this property! The location is excellent. Morning sunrise walks on the beach were a highlight. Walk from condo door to beach is a little less than 10 minutes and very peaceful. Shelling was plentiful, too. Owner was excellent with communication. Would definitely recommend renting this unit.

We loved the view to overlook the nature preserve and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. We are active so the walk to the ocean was fine, but it might be a hike for seniors or families with small children. That being said, if you are a runner or love walking - it is a great beach for that. At one side is just beach and ocean. Just beautiful. The owner has a great supply of beach chairs/wagon and mats if desired. Hopefully we can return!

We loved the view to overlook the nature preserve and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. We are active so the walk to the ocean was fine, but it might be a hike for seniors or families with small children. That being said, if you are a runner or love walking - it is a great beach for that. At one side is just beach and ocean. Just beautiful. The owner has a great supply of beach chairs/wagon and mats if desired. Hopefully we can return!
