We loved the space, the kitchen, plenty of bathroom space and such a great proximity to the beach!! Everything we needed was already supplied - ready to head to the beach!

The location is spectacular right on beach at the end of Macrossan street (the heart of Port Douglas). You are at the base of Flagstaff Hill lookout and hike with a lovely lawn area off your patio which is great for kids and games (we did our own easter egg hunt). The property is spacious with a lovely decor. You could quite easily live here. It's casual, stylish and inviting offering everything you could possibly need from pool/beach towels, beach chairs, coolcabana with beach wagon, board games, a fruit basket and pantry basics. We brought many items that you don't usually find provided for you and were pleasantly surprised they had thoughtfully offered so much. We will definitely stay again.

No cot on arrival. Balcony repairs, which were not informed about. Toilet seat in en suite. Property could have been cleaner.

The kitchen was very well appointed, we had a few issues but they where taken care of.
No blinds in the living area, no ventilation in the laundry, outside furniture was very old.

The location was excellent, next to the beach and at the end of the main street with shops cafes and restaurants. Rooms were spacious, the apartment had everything we needed. A few essential items had been left for our use which was a nice touch.
We did feel the cleaners could up their game, but it didn’t spoil our stay.

The layout of the property was great, with lots of little extras ( beech towels, snorkels and fins as well as beech chairs and umbrellas). The location of the property was also fantastic, right on the beach but also right in the town center.

Spacious beach house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Great for families or group of friends. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking oil, seasoning provided. Beach chairs/towels are extra bonuses.
Bedroom curtains could not block sunlight. No curtains downstairs at all so lack privacy at night when light is on. Front door glass door could be frosted to increase privacy too.

The glass sliding doors upstairs and downstairs definitely need replacing … the one in the main bedroom actually came off it’s tracks

the premises and its facilities are getting tired or soiled and need renovation, given the high rent. Several items did not work adequately e.g. bbq, toilet seat in downstairs toilet held in position by loose piece of wire,

Very easy. A door access code was available within minutes of arrival at Port Douglas.
Liked everything. Gee if there was anything to report, the driveway trees are now due for a trim as they’re now over growing the driveway.

The location was perfect. So close to the shops and all the cafes and restaurants. It was also within walking distance of the Marina so we could visit the reef. Having Foxtel and Netfix was fantastic as the weather wasn't great on a couple of days so inside entertainment was very welcomed.
I'll be recommending the property to friends and family.
The noise from the sliding door to the deck was terrible when we arrived but was soon fixed. Owners were very quick to answer any text messages.

We absolutely loved our stay at Number 2 on the Beach! Our family loved the proximity to the beach, Main Street and the swimming pool was fabulous to have. We would love to return.

We have stayed a few different places around Port Douglas over the years but this one takes the cake. The location is second to none, very clean and beds very comfortable. We had 6 stay in here and there was ample room for everybody. The host was very accomodating, going out of their way to return an item of clothing that was left there after checkout to us! We will definitely be back :)

Position. Three bedrooms. Three bathrooms. Everything anyone would need. Comfortable.
Tile floors were a bit dirty. Lot of dust on ceiling fans. Awkward parking.

The apartment is right on the beach with amazing views. It was spotlessly clean and truly a home away from home with every convenience provided. Loved the beach chairs and beach buggy. Debbie the owner was very approachable and has thought of everything to make this apartment the perfect place to stay with family and friends in Port Douglas. Highly recommended.

The location was great - easy walk to restaurants, cafes and boutiques and of course the beach was a very easy walk. We loved the little touches of the wine and fruit and of course the beautiful flowers.
