My wife and I spent two weeks at this property at the end of April. Our daughter and granddaughter joined us for the second week. Very clean and well furnished and supplied with all the necessities. Both bedrooms are en-suite which is nice. The location is why we return to this area year after year as the beach, concessions and public lap pool are 1/2 block away and Armand Circle is within a 15 minute walk. Properties are getting harder to find in the area, particularly in this price range as real estate is being purchased and repurposed ($$). As noted in other reviews this property has no dish washer. Paper plates worked just fine for us and doing a few dishes is not an issue. There is a washer and dryer set available to the four units in this property. Several grills and sitting areas are available around the parking area. Gino is friendly and very responsive. Checking in and out could not have been easier. We will return.

Property was very clean and comfortable.
Condo was really clean and Gino goes out of his way to make your stay a happy one. Unit needs some updating like a dishwasher and garbage disposal in kitchen. Comcast TV service was really sketchy and TV could use updating.

It is walkable (1/2 mike) to St. Armand circle where all the action is. The 2 bedroom unit is small but comfortable. We would stay there again. Thanks Gino.

Just what we needed!
Gino’s place is exactly as in the pictures. Well appointed. Close to the beach. We walked to the Lido Beach Resort for cocktails and light dinner. Thanksgiving at Lido Beach
Everything at this location is perfect. Quiet and beautiful area. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and not that far to restaurants and shops. I recommend to visit The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art and Bayfront park, to see the Unconditional Surrender Statue ,

We decided to plan a last minute trip. Our flight was delayed twice and then cancelled. We were able to get on another flight last minute. I kept in contact with the home owner and she assured us our place would be ready when we arrived. It was easy access to the beach and the wagon, chairs and umbrellas were an added plus.

Swimming pool
The pool is not associated with this property but is a public pool across the street, right off the beach. It was closed while we were there and even if it had been open, it seems to require an entrance fee, which we were not aware of. The beach is right there though and is much nicer than the pool anyway so in the end, it didn't matter that much to us.

Overview of our accomodations
The property is within walking distance of the beach (about 2 minutes) and the apartment is fully equipped with all amenities.
The host and hostess are super friendly and welcomed us very warmly. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends.

We were so happy with this property! It was clean and well taken care of. The owner/managers were so helpful and really made us feel welcomed. It was a safe and clean neighborhood and so close to the beach. The pool was closed for renovations but we didn’t miss it at all. The appliances are a bit outdated but I would imagine they would be hard to replace due to size constraints. Other then that the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. I think my only suggestion would be to put a small pantry or somewhere to store food as we had to leave it on the table and counters so it felt cluttered. We will definitely be back! Great property, perfect area, and wonderful people!

Just as described and good response from owner
We enjoyed 5 days and 4 nights at the 4plex on Garfield. The beds are very comfortable - even the couch in the living room that converts to a bed. It was very quiet and all the renters were nice and friendly. The owner was responsive when we had a couple of issues (a little mixup in which unit we were to stay in....and a non-working microwave). Both issues were resolved in less then 5 minutes! For the cost of the rental...this one is a good deal and puts you in a great location. Thank you Gino!
