We stayed at this property for a mere two nights, but it was wonderful. Great location, spacious and very comfortable. There were a few ants inside but nothing disruptive. The A/C in the main room was leaking, but it wasn't necessary considering the weather and A/C in other rooms. Overall, I highly recommend this villa!

The Villa was impressive and the layout was good. However the cleanliness wasn't great . We had to buy cleaning materials and give the outside table and chairs a clean. Inside was okay but overall it was a little tired and a number of things needed to be replaced or mended. The air conditioning units in the upstairs end bedrooms blew out black bits when being used so they needed to be looked at. The door handles were put on with the handle facing up! The master bedroom shower tiles were dirty and needed to be re-grouted. They didn't have a safe in the property for which i thought was needed as we had to find places to hide all our valuables. Overall we had a good holiday and the area and closeness to the town centre was excellent.

Four good sized bedrooms with bathrooms. The kitchen has everything we needed including a great size fridge. The little round outside hut was great for eating supper and sharing stories together.

From the moment we arrived at Dalaman airport to our departure we were looked after by the Oruc management team in a non-intrusive and genuinely supportive manner. The villa was clean and comfortable with a fantastic pool for the kids and a shady, relaxing Kosk for the adults. We booked 2 excursions through Oruc and a couple of others from local operators, all of which were incredibly good value, and again, organised and executed by warm, friendly and genuine tour guides. Local eats are a short walk away, lots of venue options with similar menus and all exceptionally good value. The river and tombs provided the perfect backdrop to many of our evening meals which we learnt are always best eaten after the August sun sets! I highly recommend boat tours with Captain Hussein and a day trip to Bacardi beach (ask the Oruc guys to organise).

This is a fabulous property. Recently refurbished, bright and modern with a beautiful pool, Jacuzzi, shady raised Kosch for relaxing and a brick barbeque in the garden. The outside dining area is very pleasant, with wicker parasols. It is about 5 mins walk to the nearest small supermarket which is fine for basics and alcohol, There is a much bigger supermarket in town, about 15mins walk but a Taxi rank next door and only about £2.50 to bring you home. You save more than that as its cheaper there. It is ideally situated in a quiet road but no more than 10 mins stroll from the town and the dozens of Restaurants, Bars & shops. Oruc, the management company, will organise anything you want. From Turkish Baths, around £13, (highly recommended to prevent sunburn) to boat trips. We hired their boat for 2 separate trips for our party of 7. It was reasonably priced, the 3 crew pleasant and the barbeque and salads prepared on board were delicious. They collected us from the villa for all these trips free of charge. We had a couple of small issues which were resolved with a quick phone call. Nice to have a contact in case of need. They also collected us from the villa on our last day and held our luggage in their offices until we were ready to be taken back to the airport. Booking was simple, communication good and considering the quality of the property, exceptional for the price. Would definitely recommend this property .

The only problem was our transfer taxi did not turn up, it was a good job we had been before and know Ata who owns the Big Bag shop as we had no key to get in. It was 1 am but Ata sorted it for us, he is a great guy.

We booked the villa only 8 weeks before traveling and found Nadine extremely helpful in organising payment, transfers, welcome pack and cot for our stay. There was everything we needed from the moment we arrived. Oruc Travel (local agent) were helpful and informative. The villa was very clean and is extremely spacious. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge mean there is some escape from the heat of the day if you need it. Having 4 bathrooms is an added bonus, especially as one is on the ground floor. The pool is relatively large and is a single depth only. However the jacuzzi is also great as a paddling pool for younger visitors. Garden is well maintained as is the pool (visited daily to check everything was OK). The kitchen has everything you need to eat in, but we more often than not ate out and restaurants are about 10 minutes leisurely walk away (main strip in Dalyan). Easy access to everything, and local supermarket 5 minutes walk. Peaceful location with great view of the rock tombs from upstairs balconies. We would definitely stay in this villa again. Have just seen the previous review but as we are here in the height of summer we didn't have the same problems and found the villa to be excellent all round. We are a family of 5 with children of 9, 15 & 17. We all had a great time. Pool was enjoyed by all of us and was plenty big enough. The villa is excellently located, an easy 10 minute maximum flat walk to town but there is a small shop and some restaurants closer than that. There are plenty of eating areas between the inside and outside which also means you have enough space for some private time. All rooms have a very well sized en-suite bathroom and the bedrooms are a good size. The property was very clean and we also had a mid point clean included which was very thorough. It would be a good addition to have some washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs however, have not had them left before at other good quality villas. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, pots, pans etc Dalyan is a very nice resort and there is plenty to do, or very little if you prefer!

Villa Allure is a fantastic property - which is let down by poor management of the property. We had several issues, most of which were not dealt with whilst we were staying in Dalyan. The property manager – Navine, claims that these issues are now resolved. Prior to leaving, I looked at and added to the guest book in the property. I noticed that quite a few of my issues had been suffered by other people dating back several years, so I question whether in reality, they have the ability to resolve all of the issues. The main issue for us, was that the property was advertised on owners direct as having a heated pool. It wasn't heated and was seldom usable at the time of year we were there. I sent an e-mail to Navine who manages the property bookings from the UK: - "our decision to take your property was based upon it having a heated swimming pool. This would have allowed us to spend more time at the villa enjoying ourselves in the pool, thus saving us money on extra trips out. We were not able to do that much as it was too cold to use. The property was advertised as having a heated swimming pool on owners direct. We made our decision based upon this and it is not useable”. Navine denied that the property was advertised on owners direct as having a heated pool. I have a print of the screen that proved that it was but she was unable to open the PDF and word documents that I sent. I notice now that the website has been changed. In addition to this issue, the WIFI never worked, there were electrical problems, the windows leaked when it rained. Basics that should be provided in a luxury villa but weren’t included a corkscrew, tea towels, washing up liquid and sponge, dishwasher tabs. There were some other issues which occurred but these were resolved by local management after a few days. Following the holiday and the inability of the local ORUC management to resolve the main issues, I chased up the issues with Navine again. Navine offered a week's free accommodation in the winter months, “as a good will gesture”. This, unfortunately was an empty offer, as the flights for 5 people go up massively at this time of year and the weather would not be hot, which was a large part of why we travel abroad once a year. No other compensation was forthcoming as I expected. Without these (mostly niggling) issues I would have given the property 4 or 5 out of 5. With these issues not being resolved, I can only give it 2 out of 5 – That’s how disappointed I am.
