Studio bien aménagé et très propre, emplacement correct pour une voiturette 👌🏽 accueil agréable de l’hôte, Magalie et Rémy toujours disponible .

Le calme un peu en retrait du bourg, les indications pour trouver facilement le logement, la connexion Wi-Fi, les équipements

Les cafards dans le logement (pas rare aux Saintes) mais la propriétaire m'a indiqué qu'elle allait intervenir suite à cette information

Très bel appartement spacieux lumineux très bien équipé et propre

L’établissement est situé proche de la plage de Pompierre, assez proche du centre 10 min à pieds selon la volonté de monter la pente peux aller juste 15 min . Nous avons passé un bon séjour , notre hôte m’a gentiment permis de rester quelques heures en plus pour le départ et c’est très appréciable. Logement climatisé, Nous avons pas trop dérangé notre hôte de 2/3 choses mais j’en suis certaine qu il aurait répondu favorablement car même si pas rencontré en face mais au téléphone les réponses étaient rapide .

Dommage que l’éclairage rurale manque pour accéder à l’établissement mais notre hôte n’y peut rien ainsi que le sacré chien qui hurle à chaque mouvements Il nous a manqué un petit service d’accueil, comme une bonne bouteille d’eau mise au froid pour l’arrivée . Des rideaux pour la journée en voile en plus des rideaux épais pourrait être bien pour faire rentrer la lumière la journée .

it was spacious n close to the beach

The owner never met us. we stayed there for six days and never met the owner from beginning to end. Also, the place was not very clean. There were hairs in the bathroom, n food crumbs in the kitchen. There was a large cockroach and the sofa was broken so you couldn’t sit on it. There were large planks of wood piled up in the second bedroom, which looked like they were about to do a renovation or maintenance job but hadn’t finished doing it, which reduced the amount of space in the bedroom. there was no kettle to make tea. There was left over water n food in the fridge. And ants everywhere! The owners, whom we never met, had a huge argument one evening, screaming and shouting and crying until the early hours of the morning ! not impressed 🙈

The Hosts were very accommodating. For instance they let us drop our luggage at the property before check in time and let us use the room and the shower after checking out time. The room was beautiful, large and well decorated. Simple and elegant with a slider opening on a patio outside. Independent access to the room and good privacy. Plan on renting an electric vehicle (small car, scooter or bike) to facilitate your access to the house and your discovery of the island.

There is a house being built right in front of the patio. It is not great to look at. The hosts have a project to set up a separation and plant flowers and bushes to create an garden atmosphere that will block off the new house. I am sure it will be lovely.

Excellent house, we were with 2, but you can stay with as many as 6 and the place is very clean, brand new and amazing! Especially the shower is superb! At night you can see all the stars in a pitch black sky, if you take a minute you can’t stop wishing when the stars are shooting through the sky!
