Believe the reviews! This owner is on top of her game. When you get there, basics are provided. If you’re a mom who drove 10 hours, you’ll be appreciative when someone needs toilet paper asap! The place was very clean, provided beach towels, you honestly couldn’t ask for more. We liked this place because it was so quiet and quaint and literally steps from the beach! Close to shops and restaurants. Would 110% recommend to anyone wanting to visit Pensacola.
Another thing I loved: the kids wing had a door that closed off the hallway as well as the master! Who doesn’t love double doors to tune out the annoying YouTube videos they’re watching!

What a great little VRBO! This was my first experience with booking and staying at a VRBO property.
The property was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is short of amazing! The patio door is a little hard to open and close, but once you're on the balcony, the sound of the crashing waves is so relaxing! The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, cookware, silverware, plates, and cups you could need. The Keurig K-cup coffee machine was a plus.
The communication was excellent. Mary would respond to my texts almost instantly! The unit did not have any shampoo during our stay (the cleaning service had run out), but thankfully we had packed some just in case.
The beach is a two minute walk from the unit. The hardest part about the trek is the two flights of stairs! There was plenty of space on the beach during our entire stay and it was super clean.
Parking was easy and plentiful. The complex has access to a pool that we took advantage of once during our stay. The pool needed a little bit of TLC, but was just fine for my kiddos.
On the morning of our departure, we noticed the cleaning service waiting outside the unit around 9:30. That was a little annoying, as it made us feel rushed during the final moments of our stay.
All in all, I would definitely recommend "Seas The Day" to anyone looking for a quiet and secluded place to stay during a trip to Pensacola Beach!

Has a lot of amenities that most condos do not (i.e. coffee, paper products, seasoning, cleaning supplies, etc.). Very short walk to the beach. 3rd floor unit (top floor) is the perfect viewing height to observe from the balcony. Great experience. We will return.

We loved our stay here! We came for a dance competition. The location was great. Closest to beach you can find. Spectacular views. Condo was equipped with so many everyday necessities. Host was amazing. Very clean too! Would recommend to anyone coming to Pensacola area! You won’t be disappointed!

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! The condo is fully stocked with everything we needed, from beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys to a fully stocked kitchen. The view from the balcony was stunning and the ease of access to the beach was a real plus for us. We hope to return someday!

We could not have picked a better place to bring our toddler for his first beach trip! From start to finish, we were blown away by Mary and the Seas the Day condo.
Mary was so communicative and helpful leading up to our trip. She even gave us a pro tip on a great seafood market, so we had amazing shrimp cocktail our entire stay! Mary and her team are fantastic and truly thought of everything. The little details are what make a trip extra special, and this team definitely delivers.
The condo was clean, tons of extra towels, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The ice maker was top notch and kept up with the demands of beach going. Even the bath products were plentiful and smelled like white tea and coconut!
Hitting the beach with a toddler can have challenges, but it couldn’t be easier when you’re gulf front and steps away from the condo group’s beach access.
The beach was beautiful with soft, squeaky sand and the ocean was crystal clear. We loved it so much we are already in the process of booking next year. I can’t believe how lucky we were to have found Mary and this condo. We plan on making memories here for years to come.
Do not hesitate to book. You won’t be disappointed!

My husband, two daughters, and I are very thankful we found this beautiful condo for a quick beach getaway! The only problem we ran into during our stay was having to leave! This unit was exactly like it was described online with everything we needed to make our stay easier. It has beach chairs, an umbrella, dish soap, beach towels, etc. The owners put a lot of love into their home away from home and it shows with the beach decor, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels and washcloths among other details. The views from this unit are amazing and being directly on the beach was awesome! My husband and I plan to come back hopefully later in the year because when you find a gem like this, it's hard to stay anywhere else! On top of the well-kept and clean unit, was the incredible host, Mary, who is friendly, attentive, always available for any questions, and made our check-in process super easy! I left with great memories of my family at the beach and a new friend named Mary who I am so happy to know. God is so good!

Mary is an excellent host. Not only easily accessible but taking the initiative to reach out on her own on various occasions. Thank you Mary. The unit itself was cute, clean and had everything we could need. From well stocked kitchen to cleaning supplies and toys for the beach. Lots of towels and comfy beds. The big seller for myself and my husband was the fact that is was a small condo complex (two story) and our unit was literally right on the beach. Great to just sit on the balcony and watch or right there if you need to run back for something during your beach day. She is correct in warning you there are stairs. We are 60+ and did fine but if you have knee issues, this is not for you.

I couldn't be happier with this property. We had an extended stay of 6 weeks while working remotely and I didn't want to leave! The location is perfect, with a great balcony where you can watch the waves on the gulf while sipping your coffee. It's a short drive from all of the restaurants and shops in Pensacola Beach, and there's so much to do in the area. The condo is fully stocked with everything that we needed. We just brought a few kitchen items from home that we knew we would want, but only because we were going to be staying so long. If booking for a week or two vacation, there is absolutely nothing that you need to bring except for your luggage. Mary was the most amazing host and answered all of my questions and gave us great tips for things to do in the area. There was no need for any maintenance while we were there, but I'm sure if there was she would have made sure it was addressed quickly. This is a place that I would definitely book again.

This was our second stay at this awesome property. It is so well stocked with all your day to day needs. We will definitely return. I leave extremely rejuvenated each time. The sunrise and sunsets will take your breath away. It is simply Paradise!

Mary’s texts were always cheerful, timely and accurate. It’s a very clean, well maintained unit with plenty of dishes/cookware and LOTS of bath/beach towels. The separation from the living/kitchen areas and the bedrooms provides a quiet sleep environment if needed. There are also two very nice beach chairs and sand toys. The beach area was not crowded and there is a shower and hose available for clean-up as you return to the complex. The trolley stop is a very short walk from the unit so there is no need for a car to go out to eat/shop. The unit offered everything promised and more!

This condo was perfect for a beach vacation. It is right on the gulf and had an awesome balcony that looked over the ocean.
The condo itself was clean and very tidy. It had a lot of kitchen items for us to cook with and a handful of games to occupy our kids when it rained one morning.
The furniture and the beds were all very comfortable! Endless amounts of towels which is ideal when you come home from the beach covered in sand etc.
10/10 would recommend staying here!
