El dormitorio principal y el segundo cuentan con TV de pantalla plana y 2 camas queen cada una. Hay 2 sofás cama tamaño queen de cuero en la amplia sala de estar. Su cocina totalmente equipada incluye encimeras de granito. La cocina renovada y el amplio comedor son ideales para comidas familiares juntos. No se permiten mascotas. Descripción de la propiedad: una unidad de tres habitaciones y dos baños en la parte delantera del Golfo en el primer piso con dos balcones privados. Dormitorio principal: dos camas Queen más un baño principal con ducha de 8 pies de largo, dos lavabos e inodoros dobles y un televisor de pantalla plana grande. Se accede al segundo balcón privado a través del dormitorio principal con vista a Intracoastal. Segundo dormitorio: dos camas Queen y un televisor de pantalla plana grande. Tercer dormitorio, dos construidos en camas literas. Sala de estar: tres nuevos sofás de cuero y dos de los sofás tienen camas Queen Sleeper. Smart TV de pantalla plana de 75 "con reproductor de DVD y Playstation con 100 películas / juegos de Playstation. Se accede al balcón privado principal desde la sala de estar con una puerta corredera de 10 pies. Cocina- Gabinetes de madera maciza con encimeras de granito y una isla. Todos los electrodomésticos son de acero inoxidable con refrigerador, lavaplatos, una estufa y un microondas. La cocina está bien equipada. Segundo baño- tiene bañera, ducha, lavabo e inodoro. Extras- La unidad ha sido renovada recientemente con baldosas grandes en todos los pisos. We enjoyed our stay here close to John's Pass. Note that no assigned parking spots are set. You just have to have your parking pass visible from the outside. The property offered a good value for a 3-bedroom rental. We would recommend and stay here again.

Our stay was nothing short of wonderful at SeaBreeze. This is our second stay with this property manager. He does a great job communication and sharing accurate information. The condo was exactly how we anticipated. The views were great, the walk to the gulf was short, and the location to everything was great. We will definitely stay again in the future.

The location right on the beach was perfect, and the views relaxing. It was nice having two refrigerators and the sofas were comfy. The sinks in the master bath slope because they are so old and warped that they are not level. The “sliding” glass door to the balcony was an abomination! The lock consisted of a broom handle because the lock itself was immovable. And the worst part was that I had to use all my strength to open and slide it. This condo needs to be reassessed before you allow it to be listed.

But I am almost 70 and not in the best of health and would have appreciated a working elevator instead of going up and down stairs each time we left or returned to the condo. I'd also l like to make a suggestion - there are far too many "codes" to access the building and beach - I think one would suffice. Maybe just have a unique code for the condo unit itself and make all others the same. The only real downside to our stay and the reason I could not give this unit five stars across the board was the shape of the patio door to the balcony which is sorely in need of repair or replacement. It needed five men and a mule to open and close it. In addition, every pot, dish, bowl and piece of flatware was less than clean - we had to hand wash everything we used BEFORE we could use it. And finally, the TVs in the bedrooms did not work (minor issue but inconvenient a few times).

Condo was excellent. Very clean and had all necessary paper product starters. Great location-walking distance to dining and shopping. Slight problem with check in, but resolved easily.

5 moms that have been friends since elementary school decided to have a weekend on the beach for Mother's Day. The property inside and out was gorgeous, clean and so good for the soul and spirit!

Found a local chamber of commerce office in town on the day we we were leaving - it had lots of great info and maps of Johns Pass and Madeira Beach .

The unit was nice and clean, well stocked with needed items. The only issue we had were technical issues with check in. I believe their computer system had some weird errors, like sending us spam emails instead of proper check in instructions. However, the property manager was quick to respond (was a little snarky) and we got it figured out.

This condo was perfect. It was clean and spacious. We were provided everything we could have needed in the kitchen. They provided extra towels and beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella. The living room had enough seating for everyone that came and the couches were so comfortable! The extra large dining table allowed us all to sit down together. We absolutely loved this condo and just made our vacation even better! We would love to stay here again!

Myself and 2 sisters, all seniors, thoroughly enjoyed out visit. Close ride to John's Pass and so many places to eat and shop. Would have been helpful to have brochures in the room about local places to eat. Will definitely go back.

The property was in a great location close to Johns Pass and other restaurants and shopping. The condo was spacious and easy access being in first floor. There was everything we needed as far as towels and dishes.

Our family stayed in this property for 5 nights. The property was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with anything we really needed. We especially appreciated that beach towels and beach chairs were provided. Loved the keyless entry access codes to everything and contactless check in process. This property is also very close to John’s Pass where we enjoyed spending time of an evening. The beach wasn’t crowded and was very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we would definitely stay here again!!

Good condo, terrible checkin!
The checkin is terrible! You have to go to another location to get your information. It could all be emailed to you! The place was very good for our family and large! It seemed clean. The air was not cold enough. The beach was beautiful!

A/c did not work for first two days and we could not sleep it was 79 in there. I left three messages and they told me they did not get them. Which is bull. Roaches were inside the cabinets. I feel they should reimburse us some money. The a/c man that finally came said he knew two weeks ago the a/c was leaking Freon bad. It took two days for it to cool off. That is ridiculous

This property was in a great location. Kitchen has been updated and is well stocked.
3 leather couches were nice.
Unfortunately the unit is dirty. Air vents and ceiling fans are filthy. There was residue (soap,toothpaste) on all 3 faucets. Mirror in master bath was dirty. Mold in master bath shower and on shower curtain.. We liked the fact that it had a small 3rd bedroom. When lying on the bottom bunk and looking up, the surface was dirty. It needs to be repainted. We did not let our kids sleep in the bed.
We also killed a cockroach in the second bathroom. I notified the management.
With a high cleaning fee I feel that should be refunded to us. We would not stay there again.
