Great home and the location, just a short walk to Mackle park, was wonderful for our kids!

Everything about the trip was great from the beaches to the east navigation around the town. We checked in Saturday evening, then we left and went to the beach. The house was 79, ok no worrries no one was there to turn it down. Sunday the house would not get below 78-79 all day all night. Monday we called, we were told someone was going to show up Tuesday to check the air. No one showed or followed up with us. So we are gone again to the beaches again, come back to the house and it’s 77/78 degrees. They finally sent someone out, the air conditioner needed Freon and they charged it and the the house finally cooled down on Thursday to the lowest of 73 for about a hour and then it was a steady 74-75. When I asked the rental company for 1/2 my money back I was told by the woman “I will have to check with the owners, my house doesn’t get lower than 77, the air conditioners are built for 90 degree days not 100 degree days.” We understand that but we started calling in Monday and no one came u til Wednesday evening closer to 6 pm- so that was Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday and Wednesday- 5 if the 7 days if sitting in a house that was consistently between 77-80 degrees. I don’t feel this is acceptable. The house was great, I’m sure the real owners would have been more accommodating than the property managers.

This is our third year as a family in Marco Island. After using Clausen properties, the first year I have looked for properties, managed by them every time since then, and have been more than pleased with them all stays the staff has been nothing but accommodating and kind and I can’t wait to work with them again next year we absolutely enjoyed our stay and the home that we stayed in.

Loved staying here. We would recommend it. Very clean and comfortable, quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time! The house was amazing and clean. We rode bikes to the park nightly. We were located close to stores and restaurants as well as the beach access (had to drive and park). We loved the pool and the patio was great to sit outside and eat at. My kids didn’t want to leave, we will definitely be back!

Another great family holiday in Marco...furst at this property. Location was key...close.to.community centre where the 4 children went everyday. The heated pool was another big attraction and did not disappoint. The house met all our needs and we enjoyed our stay very much. The beach equipment and bicycles were a hit as well.
