Ground floor, close to shops and beach, spacious, near the golf course, safe and secure, plenty of kitchen equipment.
Small TV, and not a Smart TV, lack of shelf space in the ensuite, knob broken on the Cooktop, oven door not closing properly.
The Wi Fi modem box "blew up" but the agent and the owner moved swiftly to have it replaced.

Beautiful location and extremely clean!
There was an issue with the pick up of the keys which was not easily resolved - 2 hours it took! The real estate agent after hours number was not easily accessible. There was also no coffee, tea, hairdryer - basic things you would expect anywhere. The bathrooms are very dated but very clean.

Great position opposite the beach & 500m easy walk from shops, cafes & surf club.
Dining room light not working. Some windows without security screens.

The closeness to the beach and walking tracks. Lovely to wake up in the morning and see the sun rising over Moreton Island
Lack of wifi was an inconvenience as we were selling our home and moving house however we were able to complete all arrangements successfully.
