The backyard and the laundry due to be the only thing renovated in the house
The carpets in all rooms are dirty and disgusting. The main bedroom with ensuite had tiny moth like insects and was dirty in the bathroom. You. An not walk on the carpet without shoes as it is very filthy. Very hard for an Uber or taxi to come out. You wait at least 45 mins to and hr until you get someone coming out.

Spacious, comfortable house with a homey vibe that was spotless. The cleaner obviously cares about the property and leaves extras that you wouldn't expect which made our stay even more comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and it's like a home away from home. Highly recommend.

The location was great as it was a quiet street and walking distance to the beach. Great fenced yard and pets allowed so daughter could bring her dog for a visit. Cool sea breezes and lots of sliding doors to let breeze in. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of glass ware, cutlery and crockery. Great undercover area with ample tables and chairs and even a lounge for a group gathering.

Great spot. Nice and spacious and good size bedrooms.
We really liked it but just a suggestion. The dog yard was great but would have been good if the grass there was cut. It was quite long and we saw a snake so of course were worried about our dog.
Also there were lots of keys that weren’t very well
labeled …. keyed alike would have been easy.

Ensuite sink drains very slowly, lighting is very poor through out the home, upgrade to white LED would be amazing but not essential.
