It was extremely close to the shops which was a plus, the property was an older style set up but it catered to everything we needed

I didn't like having to bring my own linen. If you have to wash bath mats would it be that hard to wash a 10 dollar K-mart fitted sheet.

Excellent location to beach and shops and club and pub.
The balcony outlook is good. You can hear the waves breaking.
Plenty of parking.
The unit size is fine, good size main bedroom and plenty of space for two adults and two kids.
Washing machine and dryer are good.
Unit is in a secure block and mostly quiet.
Relatively cheap to other options on Bribie.
The unit never cooled down.
Heat was trapped inside.
No air conditioning.
Fan in wardrobe in 2nd bedroom doesn't stand up and there is no extension cable for it.
Really needs at least a ceiling fan in the second bedroom.
No hair dryer.
Shower pressure very weak.
Overall, the whole unit needs a total update.
Decor, bedding, furniture, cutlery kitchen and bathroom are basic at best.
Could easily have been made a little more homely. Things like boardgames, cards, maybe some books and magazines and even a radio.

Fully self contained, great location, a lot quieter than expected. location couldnt have been better, great walking paths, opposite beach and a couple of minutes walk to shops. Will be back.

Location was amazing putting a large deposit down for the key for after hours collection was un expected

Apartment was clean, had decent facilities and overall was what we expected. It's in a really convenient location near the bear and some restaurants. Picking up and dropping off the keys was easy enough.
Agent charged an additional booking fee that was not covered in the cost on Booking.com. I get the feeling that if I didn't message them on the day confirming check in time we may not have been able to pick up the keys as the managers are an agency and they were closed when we arrived.

Location excellent, very clean, no hassles
If it had stipulated that I had to supply linen and towels before I had booked it would help and the bed was a double not queen.

Location was perfect, could walk to cafes, hotels and beach. We picked the keys up from the real estate at Bongaree and the staff there were very friendly and easy to deal with, they even rang the day before to let us know we could get in earlier than the 2pm check in
Decor was a little dated, but that did not detract from our stay

Comfortable and tidy, just park the car and enjoy a few days at the beach
