This accommodation was large, clean and easy to find.
We were with 7 family members end October. The pool was nearby and heated. Just 30 mins to Zion NP and less than 10 to St George. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay near St. George or Zion area

We had a fantastic stay! The house was much larger and more spacious than even the pictures suggested. We were amazed and so pleased with all that was included for such a reasonable price! All rooms and areas were clean and comfortable. The house was well appointed and was in a great location to explore the area and Utah's National Parks! Some suggestions for improvement: coffee table in living room, more towel bars in the smaller bathroom, working clock radio in single queen bedroom, and luggage stands in the bedrooms. Customer service was responsive and very friendly. Would definitely rent through Red Sands again. Thank you!

The house looks very nice. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t work. I was told someone would be out to fix it but they never showed up. The pots and pans are terrible. Coffee maker was broke. Outside chair was broke. Fan was broke and drawer in fridge was broke.

Check in/out process was easy and the home was clean and surprisingly so much bigger than we were expecting! Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Management was easy to get ahold of too. Would definitely stay here again!

Looks way better than in the pictures even. I walked in and thought I had the wrong house at first (not that the picture were bad or anything)! So clean and cared for. Felt right at home.
Check-in and out process was simple. We spent two nights and it was perfect for me and my kiddos. It’s in a cute neighborhood. There’s a heated pool, a small playground, and the cutest duck pond that apparently you can fish out of. My oldest was so bummed he didn’t bring his fishing stuff. Highly recommend!

Great place for a family getaway! We came with 3 kids under 5 and 4 adults. We were all very happy and comfortable. Great air conditioning (thank heavens as it was 108 degrees!) And wonderful kitchen for cooking. There were some not great looking stains on 2 of the bed comforters- but we just took them off the bed and then everything was great! Would stay again!

The pictures don’t show the TALL ceilings. Making the townhouse feel super large. Eating area and large island were amazing for cooking large meals. Wish there were a few more amenities in the kitchen, like dishrags and foil, plastic wrap. But otherwise had everything you would need, ALL nicely labeled.

Hello, our stay was great. Few items missing that would have made our stay excellent: night lights in bathrooms and hallways, microwavable plates and bowls, some Tupperware, plunger and written instructions on how to use the tv. Also, all windows were unlocked whe we checked in. We went around and locked all the windows.

The home was so comfortable. One level layout was great. The amenities were great and it was close to where we wanted to go. I loved having access to the garage for parking overnight.

Great family vacation
We enjoyed staying at your townhome. We covered Zion & Bryce Canyons and also Wire Pass/Buckskin Gulch! Most parks were about 2 hours away. Zions Angels Landing is a must see. The pools and hot tub was great after a long day of hiking.

Everything Needed for the Perfect Getaway!
We had a great stay here! Everything was exactly how it was detailed and in some cases even better. Five-star cleanliness and it had everything needed for the perfect vacation. Located only a few miles from the amenities we needed. We couldn't figure out the TV and called the property mgt co and they came out within 15 minutes!! Great customer service and quick response!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Place
Our unit was clean and large. The pool was crowded in the evening, but we would go in the morning and have the entire pool area to ourselves. There is also a great little putting green at the pool. We would come back here again.

We stayed here for out trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon. The complex is really nice and the town home is exceptional. Very nice and clean inside. It is like staying at home... that is if you have a nice home. Comfortable mattresses, quality sheets and blankets, nice appliances, beautifully decorated. My daughter told me she wants to live there lol. Would highly recommend this property.
