It had car parking as it’s out of the city center. The room was clean. They do allow dogs, but charge extra. There is plenty of grass around the property to walk them.
We had a ground floor room that faced the sun. It had two massive glass doors that couldn’t be opened but faced the sun all day so the room was very warm.
The room had an air conditioner, but it was still set on winter mode, so you couldn’t set it to cool. We hoped it would cool off at night but it absolutely did not.
But the worst part was the room was filled with mosquitos. We killed at least 20 between my wife and I. I didn’t go to sleep till midnight. But was up from 2-4 am killing mosquitos and just being miserable because of the heat.
We had a car ferry to catch the next day and that cabin room was a welcome place to rest after a horrible night.
I tried to go to reception 3 different times to talk to someone about the heat and mosquitos. But nobody was there.
We’ve stayed in hotels about 60 nights last year and this was by far the worst experience.

Saubere und nah dem Flughafen gelegene Unterkunft. Bestens geeignet bei frühem Abflug. Sehr gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis und aufmerksames, freundliches Personal. Viele Parkplätze.

Accueil, propreté irréprochable, grand lit confortable, réception 24h/24, établissement très bien entretenu et très calme, proche de l'aéroport... idéal pour vol très tôt le matin. Nous le recommandons et nous y reviendrons !

Hotel correcto, limpio y moderno para estar cerca del Aeropuerto.
Tuve que esperar a la entrega de la habitación más tiempo del check in porque no estaba lista. Una de las noches llegué pasadas las 23h y ya no había posibilidad de comer nada y por la zona tampoco hay sitios donde comprar comida.

Es un sitio tranquilo y silencioso
No había servicio de cena aunque fuera algo ligero, tampoco hay nada alrededor para cenar.

It’s close enough to the airport to get you there in a couple of minutes.
There was a dull noise all night, as if a fan or the aircon was on, but it wasn’t. I only managed to sleep with the headphones on.

Schnell vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen. Bequemes Bett, gute Dusche, Föhn im Badezimmer.
Laut aufgrund der Lage, ein Handtuch hatte leider Flecken und in der Dusche lagen einige Haare. Nicht dramatisch, aber verbesserungsfähig.

Zimmer war ausreichend groß, Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Lage des Hotels in optimaler Nähe zum Flughafen, ausreichend Parkplätze, Bar und Terrasse vorhanden.
Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen hört man natürlich auch die Flugzeuge, aber das war uns klar. Das Hotel liegt in einem Industrie-Technologie-Park, daher natürlich keine/wenig Bars im Umfeld. Das Hotel selbst bietet aber eine Bar mit Tapas und Getränken.

The hotel is very convenient if you need to stay near Bilbao Airport. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were really nice. Staff at the cafetería were really nice.
We didn't feel particularly welcomed. Receptionist was not very helpful/friendly. We were given a room that had not been cleaned and had to be moved -not a great first impression. Quite noisy as you can hear planes taking off and landing.

Quiet, pleasant location with easy access via taxi into Bilbao centre. Also very convenient for the ferry port in Bilbao.
The inconsistencies in the provision of food at the bar area. The first day we had plenty of choice the second very little choice we had to drive to another location in order to eat, which was somewhat inconvenient.

I thought the general location was excellent, as a base to explore the area from or just to spend a night. I thought the standard of the room was high. The room was large and the facilities were well maintained and very clean. Coffee and light breakfast in the morning was good value and good quality.

Well connected to Bilbao by train (only 0,55€ trip buying the 3€ card to use several people at the same time). Hotel Value for money. Nice food in the restaurant, excellent menu for lunch, 13.5€ with 2 courses, drink, bread and desert. Same for breakfast,. Staff extremely helpful and charming. Area quite with total relax at 20 minutes from the old city centre of Bilbao. Confortable bed, spacious bathroom.
For very sensitive people, the noise could be a bit annoying, as on the ground floor, we can listen doors closing etc.
