Casa típica y tranquila con fabulosas vistas al mar y a la montaña y estupendas terrazas que reciben el sol desde primera hora de la mañana y que son perfectas para tomar el sol y relajarse. Dispone de 3 dormitorios, 1 baño y 1 aseo, salón, cocina bien equipada y terrazas.
La casa es muy tranquila y es un lugar ideal para ir con amigos y familia para unas vacaciones relajantes. Para los más enérgicos, la ubicación es ideal para el ciclismo o el senderismo. Sea cual sea su preferencia, ¡no se pierda las impresionantes puestas de sol!
Incluso en pleno verano, la casa se mantiene relativamente fresca gracias a su posición única y a la brisa que la atraviesa. Por lo tanto, el aire acondicionado no es necesario.

This is a large well situated villa in the Port.
It is looking a little tired in places but good value for its size and location and has a wonderful view across the Port.

The property is in a great location we were cycling so having a secure garage for bike storage was great the outside patio was excellent with lovely views over port de Soller 2 mins walk to front
The property needs investment a lot of things we touch broke - handles on does etc it could be brilliant but owners should repair it better

Lovely house - loads of space, amazing views, a sun trap. Stunning location - 2 mins to the beach. The people we dealt with were great (they even found and posted some headphones we left by mistake). There were a few creepy crawlies in the house, so not for the squeamish. And it was quite warm in the evenings, even with a fan. Overally, one of the best places we've stayed - a cracking spot.

The house is in a great location, just down the stairs to one of the side streets leading down to the front with lots of cafes, restaurants and the beach and promenade. Close to tram stop and supermarkets. Very quiet neighbourhood.
The house itself is very spacious and even bigger and nicer than the photos, we were a family of 4 adults and one three year old and there was plenty of space. The house of friendly child friendly with lots of toys and books as well as a cot, barrier for bed, and lots of child suitable crockery and cutlery which was all very useful and much appreciated. We didn’t really have an issue with the bathroom as others have noted. Beds a little creaky but you get used to it! The back door from the kitchen jams and you can’t open it fully, maybe a note to the owners to have that looked at as the glass looked very close to smashing the first time we tried to open it without realising the issue! Overall a great stay, would certainly recommend.

We were three adults and the apartment was very spacious. We spent most of our time when at the apartment on the terrace. We cooked most nights (there's an excellent inexpensive fish shop two blocks away) and found almost all the equipment we needed. Your a short walk to shops, restaurants, the beach. The bus stop is about an 8 minute walk, taxi stand 5 minutes. Others have mentioned the smell. It seems to be caused by the house having been unoccupied. It dissipates the 2nd day. If you need an upscale bathroom, you will be unhappy. It's older, though clean. It didn't bother us. We liked the homey atmosphere of a house obviously used by the owners. We'd book it again.

Surprisingly large apartment with great views from the terraces on all sides of building. Close to local restaurants and bars in the town centre, with easy access to public transport for days out in the surrounding villages. Highly recommend getting a take away paella from the shop nearby (still in the pan) and watching the sun set over the bay from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is well located having lovely views of the bay, but with only a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The large terrace is a great asset for dining outside.
The apartment is comfortable, spacious and decorated in a traditional style. The kitchen is well stocked, although a few more mugs for hot drinks would have been useful!
Overall a good base from which to explore Port de Soller and its beautiful surrounding countryside.

Great location. Huge apartment. Excellent for a family. Lovely wrap around terrace. Rustic, not super modern but very homely. Only area for improvement is that the bathroom needs some cosmetic attention. Recommended.

Very spacious with lovely views to mountains and sea. Ten minute walk to lovely beach. Lots of toys to keep our children entertained. Decor is quite dated but we felt this added to the charm. Port de Soller is quite touristy but retains its charm and lovely calm beach is perfect for families and swimming. We hope this property is available when we go back!

We felt very comfortable in the appartment. It is very spacious, we particularly enjoyed the big kitchen, which is very well equipped.
The terrasse is sunny until late afternoon.
Shops and bars are just a few steps away.
Bathrooms are getting old but are still ok. A shower curtain would be nice.
