Segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. El baño tiene bañera / ducha. Completamente cerrado jardín trasero con barbacoa y muebles de jardín. cabaña de jardín para el almacenamiento de los ciclos, palos de golf, esquís, etc. aparcamiento para 2 coches. Lo sentimos, no se admiten animales. Ropa de cama se suministra. Favor de traer sus propias toallas. Precio por semana incluye los gastos de electricidad.

Sparkling clean neat wee space with everything we needed. The living room was big enough for the kids and their toys and the kitchen was well kitted out with a nice extra of a filter coffee machine. The only slight difficulty we had if you can call it that was that the dining chairs are all folding chairs which our three year old struggled a bit with and collapsed/fell off a couple of times. The shower was powerful and hot which is a must for me when on holiday and it was nice to have off street parking. We didn't make use of the garden as the weather was poor, but it was secure and very neat.
Overall would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a hotel last year and missed having our own space with the kids. This year we opted for this great wee bungalow and it was lovely for the kids to have their bedroom. We also enjoyed having dinner at the table and not going out eqch night to restaurants. Really enjoyed it and recommend the accommodation 💛

The house for us was ideal. Well stocked with essential cleaning items in kitchen. Location a short walk to centre of town. Though we didnt need it ourselves, ttere is a hut in garden fir storing bikes, skis etc which i imagine is great for others. Definitely recommend this house. Great value for money.

A perfect home for a small family for a short break. Clean and plenty space indoor and outdoor. Close enough to local amenities and to move around town via cycle and walking routes.
Added access to shed for bikes was an great addition rather than leaving bikes chained in garden.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The location was ideal for our day trips and easy to get to. The beds were comfortable and we very much enjoyed our time in Aviemore. We would definitely stay here again!!

Cozy, lovely place to stay, carpets could use a cleaning, but thats probably just me. Walking distance to essentals, great golfing close by. I would recommend this place.

Great place. Only odd thing is that no bath towels are provided. As we are from out of the country , we had to go buy a couple of towels.

We spent a very nice few days in Aviemore to get to know Scotland. The starting point for all excursions and Robert and Sue's apartment were perfect. Very nicely furnished and functionally equipped.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The neighbourhood is very calm and quiet and well connected to many routes. The house itself was picture perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Our one week stay in Golf Cottage was quite enjoyable. There were only two of us and feel that the cottage may be a bit small for more than two. We rode the steam train. Hiked in Glenmoore and the Cairngorms and had a day in Edinburgh on the train. The cottage is very neat, well equipped and well located.

Really impressed with the bungalow.
Location was ideal - maybe a 20 minute walk into town. We climbed Ben Macdui & Cairngorm, so this was the perfect spot for our stay.
Clean & well equipped property, all the utensils for cooking a meal - the foldaway table was also a nice addition.
Just about the right size for 4 big lads.
Would definitely recommend if you're in Aviemore.

We stayed 3 nights with my friend and we couldn't be more happy and satisfied with this place. It is very clean and comfortable- felt like home from the first minute. The kitchen has all the equipment what we needed for our stay. The beds are really comfortable. The whole decoration and the vibe of the cottage is exceptional. We definitely would be back.

Quiet location. Plenty of room in the house. A little dusty around a place, but nothing drastic. Would stay again and recommend.

A really good experience from start to finish. We found that changing our dates by a day would make things easier for visiting friends on the way up and Robert was happy to make that change for us.
All the details we needed were provided prior to our arrival, and everything we needed while there was available.

Great holiday again in the cottage, situated in a great spot away from the hustle and bustle of Aviemore village but within walking distance. communication excellent as always with Robert.

Felt at home immediately. Everything you could want for a relaxing break.
Kitchen well-equipped and we ate in every night. It was ashame that the weather wasn't a little better so we could have made use of the lovely garden and bbq. Would definitely book again if visiting that area.

Not too far from the centre we walked there most days and co-op and some shops just past the railway crossing the fish and chip shop is the best better than the one opposite tesco

Great house, work done this year to improve garden. Perfect for sitting out all day. House has all needed for 2 week stay. Off road parking and hut for bikes. Will return again and again. Perfect.

Relaxing stay
Found the house to be very well located, with everything we required and more. The property itself, was very clean and well equipped with an immaculate and secluded garden area. The host has made this a home from home experience. We would certainly recommend this properly.

Enjoyed the stay. Bright, modern bungalow with lovely garden area and comfortable couches. Good wifi & freesat, option to sign in to your own netflix etc. Kitchen cupboards stocked with all basics, like tea coffee oil condiments foil dish tabs etc. Not much space to unfold the dining table. One single bed has bouncy mattress and room could do with dark curtains. Need to boost hot water for a shower. Owner was lovely. Would return.

Ideal property for visiting the Highlands.
Comfortably furnished and having a well equipped kitchen, the accommodation was well positioned and is in a great place to take trips throughout the Highlands. (We managed to get up to Dunnet Head on one of our trips.) Lots to do and to see in the area even if you are not the fittest people around.

Very well equiped, clean and comfortable accomodation. Good walks from the property or handily situated for drives to good wildlife spots. Also, very nice indoor and outdoor areas for relaxing after long days out.
Easy check in and good communication with host (and local back up). Great stay!

Everything you need. Could do with s better dining arrangement as awkwar to set up. Clean and warm.
Just the hot water heating was an issue. With 3 of us we kept running out of water for a bath. Otherwise a great stay in a nice house.

Short winter break
Great villa on outskirts of town.
Exactly as described.
Only issue we had as 2 senior restless sleepers, were the 2 single beds felt a bit like sleeping on a 'bouncy castle' although comfortable and got very tangled in the sheets due to having 2 mattress protectors beneath??
However great overall experience so would definitely recommend.

Nice house in quite but central location
We enjoyed our stay in this house, very comfortable and good location in Aviemore but still close to the centre. House well equipped and comfortable. Snug but adequately sized for our young family, would definitely return.

3rd stay
3rd stay here and safe to say we like the cottage and it’s location. A small blip on check in day, but Robert couldn’t apologise enough (thanks for the chocolates). We have already booked for a return trip. A bit of a cheeky request - a larger TV would be ideal. Thanks again
