The staff were friendly! And made the holiday better. I did get a free late checkout due to the points above

Unfortunately we were locked out of our room for the 4 days we were there. We had to change our keys everyday, with maintenance men arriving all the time. It resorted to me leaving the patio open to get into the room which isn't good!! They promised to get it sorted but never did! The room itself had a musky smell and the bed again had a very musky smell! My partner didn't sleep very well because of this. Some parts of the hotel are clean, so parts not so much. This is only my opinion. I've stayed in a lot of places and unfortunately this didn't cut it for me. Glad we were only there for a few days for a wedding or I probably would have moved due to the door issue.

Location, pools, and less the food

Room service was disappointing. Nothing was to meet any room service in any hotel i ever stayedin all over theworld. They just changed the towels. No bathroom cleaning, no refill soap, keeps the dirty glass without changing no mini bar refill, no water and so many bad things

Nice facilities for kids at the Ioanian village.

Some staff was rude. Difficult to find the breakfast restaurant. We went for breakfast half an hour after the restaurant opened and it was still not ready. There was no napkin or towel to hold the bread to cut it and people were using their hand.

Entertainers were exclusively for band holders

free parking, good location - easy access by car. Nice service. large space around the hotel with swimming pools.

Little choice and poor quality products at breakfast. Good coffee.
