Great location, lovely staff who helped us book our activities.
No major complaints, however if we had to mention something, more menu items at the restaurant would have been wonderful.

Spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Nice bar and pool area.
The variety for the hot breakfast was kind of weird and lots of items were not available. Some tourist information would be nice....like a town map.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, setting up rides and reservations. The AC was a treat. Breakfast was good, with unusual entrees to order. The rooms were so spacious. Beautiful bird sounds in the morning. Very reasonable prices. Felt very cared for and things happened on time but in a relaxed way. Male vervet monkeys visited on our last day.
Might have enjoyed more tropical fruit varieties at breakfast.

We did not stay at PheZulu we were transferred to a sister lodge Nkosi so this review relates to there

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortably sized and the bathroom was just top notch. Breakfast was great too, with great atmosphere and lovely pool. Each room is airconditioned. What really stood out was how helpful all of the staff were, especially Denise and Tinu. Would definitely recommend.
I don't often say this but NOTHING. It was just a great stay.

Phezulu Guest lodge in Victoria falls is a nice and clean lodge, not a big one but it has all the comfort you need.
Room was very clean.
Personal is extremly helpfull and always kind.
A very big + for that !
- Breakfast was nice but rather limited
- PRice in low season - was for me personly still high and not in line with the expectations although I had a great stay. I think low season they could still lower the price (evening knowing that everyting in the area is way overpriced / Activities etc).

PheZulu is a very nice place to stay in Victoria Falls, good value.
Very comfortable room with spacious room, clean bath
BF is good and meals are decent.
Pool is inviting but in season now, very cold. The central garden is a nice place to relax and catch up on readings, mails.
Hosts are very welcoming and accommodating with arranging transport/tours.
Highly recommended
location is far 2 km from town, walkable during day only, night can be hazardous with wild animals.

Very attractive. Very clean great attitude from the staff
Some guests were rude and, of course, the staff had no control over them, so l don't hold them accountable but the behaviour impacted on how l enjoyed my stay.

Great stay and amazing staff. Lovely boutique hotel. Really good location for Victoria Falls and restaurants. Breakfast was good and had a variety of choices.
The staff were excellent and helped organise excursions and taxis.
I'd definitely visit again!

Very good facilities, extremely friendly staff who helped us arrange for an amazing cruise on the zambezi, and taxis whenever we needed them. Very clean, and great location (10 min from the falls).

Loved everything about the property!
Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed a bath for the first time in 2 months of travelling! AC worked well and I liked that it was not a wall unit so the cool air was better distributed vs. blowing directly on you. I liked the little deck/terrace outside the room
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Arranged a helicopter tour of the Falls and a sunset dinner cruise on the Zambezi (would recommend both activities!)
Food was great and well presented. Full English breakfast available, which was great.

Lovely staff, fresh comfortable rooms with bug spray and mozzie nets (not needed when we were there though). great concierge booking all activities. Just a $5 taxi ride from town. Great price and really incredibly flexible with my booking changes due to flights being cancelled. Great breakfast. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.

Excellent lodge, clean, beautiful environment and friendly staff
not too many things, actually. perhaps it’s a bit outside the main town, just to say something.

Staff were kind and attentive. Really helpful to be able to book activities and tours via the lodge. Room was ample, clean and well-furnished. Daily housekeeping. The meals served at lunch and dinner were exquisite.

The staff is top tier! Their willingness to assist with anything was lovely. Thank you so much!
Breakfast is limited but it comes out very quickly when you order.
Rooms are spacious.
Facilities: pool, bar, garden and seating areas are a nice way to unwind after a day of activities.
Had everything needed for a pleasant stay including insect repellant.
I'd recommend this place to anyone!
The walls are quite thin. I could hear my neighbours and all the chats in the eating area from my room.
My neighbour was a smoker so the smoke made it into my room.
Housekeeping: Just replacing the small things like the sanitary bags and tucking away PJs or a sock left untidily on a chair (other places put these on your bag or under the pillow but they may have a policy not to touch personal items so that's okay)

The staff was unbelievably helpful led by Deniece at the front desk who helped us with everything--and we needed a lot of help. Ruth, Tino, Karin, and Mr. Attwell were spectacular. They were all beyond excellent!!
I thought the breakfast was superb--the dinner menu was a little lacking.

There was nothing to dislike!

Wow! My wife and I LOVED our stay at PheZulu lodge (side note -- Ph is pronounced just like P -- it means above, the best, which we agree with!). The room was lovely and comfortable, the food was excellent, and the price was reasonable, but most of all, the staff was fabulous. Everyone we interacted with was great, but a special thank you to Deniece (super competent, excellent at arranging everything, made sure we were taken care of every step of the way, really nice and helpful), Tino (so friendly and helpful, took us on a tour of the township and gave great advice about what to do), Attwell (great service, but also helped us to really understand more about the area and, when we asked if the restaurant served any local food, worked with the chef to get us the tastiest ox-tail stew ever), and Faith (who made sure we were taken care of at every meal). This is part of a three-property line, and Bron at the main lodge was also extremely helpful Other staff were lovely too, though we didn't interact with them as much. We were made to feel incredibly at home. All the dishes at our meals (with one exception) were really wonderful -- tasty and attractively served, though the oxtail stew was the best of all. The one exception was the pancakes, which were a bit "stodgy" as Paul Hollywood would say. Lots of great little touches -- design elements in the room, cookies with tea, including local choices of teas, etc. Our room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, and even though we were traipsing about everywhere on dusty roads and trails, the staff made sure it was always clean. They made our stay so very memorable.

Great clean room, helpful staff, good value!
All good, would have stayed longer but they were sold out the days we wanted to extend.

Breakfast (and meals in general) were exceptional. The staff has been super helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet. The general atmosphere of the place is very relaxed and familiar. We definitely plan to be back.

Awesome room facilities and comodity. Staff very friendly, they allowed us to stay on the bar after closing time to watch a football match.
Limited amount of breakfast, just an starter and a main course (but very good taste!)

A little more variety on the menu's.
Especially, if you stayed there before then it becomes a little single minded
