le calme, proche de la mer, appartement bien exposé au soleil, la terrasse. appartement bien équipé, sécurisé. beaucoup de marché aux alentours avec de très bons rapports qualité prix. nous conseillons le restaurant las brisas à 1 km de l'apparttement

petit détail sans beaucoup d'importance : manque un plat à four autre que le plat à Paella, plus de lumiere dans la salle de baain, mais nous l'avons signalé au proprietaire

sadly, not a problem with the property, but we had bad weather! so it curtailed our use of the facilities on the sun deck🙁

Beautiful apartment near several beaches, fantastic roof terrace with great views and sun all day. Good bed and nice bathroom/shower. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. We enjoyed. An excellent price-quality ratio. Friendly host and communication was easy.

We really enjoyed our stay, Oxana was very helpful and attentive. Rooftop was spacious and I like the view on the little park and the sea.

After we unpacked food some ants appeared, but Oxana said she will sort them out before the next guest arrive. They didn't bother us that much, as we learned not to leave food out.

The apartments are very pleasant, they look exactly as they are pictured. The place is rather remote from the shops and night life, but for us it was an advantage. Do not rely on local transport here, be ready to walk or to use own car. The whole house where the apartments are located is very modern. You can find there everything necessary for a family of three there.

The only disadvantage is thin walls. We were lucky to have rare neighbours, who looked like typical European retired couples, so they were very quiet and calm, but even with them we could hear their coughs and chatting before going to sleep etc. In case of more noisy neighbours it could be a problem.
