Great location...beautiful apartment...lovely terrace...very sweet host

Hanna was a great host who met us at the property and gave us a tour of the apartment. It was well equipped with everything we needed, an easy 20 minute walk to the waterfront shops/oldtown, and a bakery right around the corner for morning pastries and coffee. The only downside was there is no dedicated parking for a car and parking around the apartment is very tight. We had a very pleasant two night stay with two couples.

We have stayed at many rentals and this was way at the top. The place was like being home, it had pretty much everything you could want. There was someone there to greet us and they were there when we left. It was very helpful and incredibly gracious. In addition the neighborhood was perfect. Close to old town and plenty of good restaurants. We would stay there again and hope we can!

This is an absolutely wonderful home. It is spacious, modern, and very clean. The AC works great (essential in the summer), and the patio is perfect. The host is quickly responsive, and they sweetly had fruit, Croatian wine, and some stapes in the fridge. The location is perfect - a block from the city beach and a short walk to the old city and port. Highly recommend!

The property was spacious with excellent finishes. Very modern, clean and great amenities. The Terrace had lots of seating and sunshine. It was 400 meters to the beach with restaurants. In the opposite direction - more restaurants and just a few minutes stroll to The Riva area & Diocletian's Palace. The host kindly met us on arrival and stocked the kitchen with a few welcome beverages, coffee and fruit. It made us feel at home. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is an amazing property. Everything is updated, host is extremly responsive. We are VRBO hosts also and know how challenging it is to keep everything in great shape and this property is in perfect shape with tons of personal touches. Not shown in the photos is the great patio. You won't go wrong to select this property.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Apartment Hanutica! The apartment was large enough for four adults to be comfortably together or comfortably apart. The patio was perfect for drinks in the afternoon.
The location is wonderfully close to old town and all the restaurants available there, and Bacvice beach is so close you can even easily return to the apartment for lunch or for items you've forgotten.

High-end appliances, beautiful and spacious bathroom with a fabulous bathtub, two spacious bedrooms and a great terrace - we were impressed by this apartment! The host is super responsive, we were ever so grateful for their support in a difficult situation.
It is a short walk to the old town and even shorter to the beach. However, there is a very busy road in front of the house which makes crossing the street (or pulling out with a car) a challenge. And parking is only possible in a small side alley, which is only recommended if you have a small car that can tolerate scraps and scratches. You certainly don't need a car staying at this apartment, as the ferries and trains are 5 minutes away!

Great apartment close to city center
Great property - clean, tastefully renovated, wonderful terrace, two nice double bedrooms with own AC, two nice bathrooms - would definitely stay here again. Short walk to city center, but away from the noise if you don't want it. Great local restaurant almost right across the street. Owners were pleasant and very helpful.

Perfect stay
The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hanna's beautiful apartment. It's spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and so close to the beach and the harbour! The apartment also had lovely extras such as a coffee machine, fruit and flowers. Hanna was very kind and easy to contact regarding any questions we had! We loved it so much that we hope to go back next year, thank you Hannah!

This listing is exactly as shown - BEAUTIFUL, clean and extremely spacious. Thoughtful additions such as a fruit basket and freshly picked figs were left for us, and in addition to that drinks (in the fridge) washing pods, beach towels and bikes were also available for us to use upon our arrival!
One thing that was not shown in the photos is the lovely terrace with sun chairs and dining table. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee or a night cap on the covered terrace!

Just up the hill from the ferry for close access. Only minutes from Old Town. We enjoyed our stay very much. Took a day trip to Hvar and still had time to walk the town and have a relaxing dinner and cocktails. We only had a short time in Split before heading down the coast but felt being so close we were able to see so many things.
Hanna has so many little extras that made it wonderful. A lemon soda and a beer on the deck from her refrigerator topped off a long hot day. She has bikes that you can borrow to go to the beach as well.
Over all a wonderful stay.

This large apartment is so well located and spotlessly clean. It does have everything you could ask for plus many nice extras like fresh fruit on the table and staples in the fridge. We had been missing our toast for breakfast and were quite thrilled to find a toaster in the pantry! The terrace is large and private. Wonderful apartment!!

This large apartment is so well located and spotlessly clean. It does have everything you could ask for plus many nice extras like fresh fruit on the table and staples in the fridge. We had been missing our toast for breakfast and were quite thrilled to find a toaster in the pantry! The terrace is large and private. Wonderful apartment!!

Kroatien und insbesondere Split sind definitiv eine Reise wert.
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig.
Die schöne Altstadt ist ein paar Minuten entfernt, der Hafen, die Promenade...
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder - bloß nicht mehr im Juli oder Augut, in der Hochsaison ist es zu heiß und zu voll.

A Memorable Stay
First off, I don't typically write reviews. Our stay was one for the record books.
-The apartment was centrally located and close to everything.
-The apartment was modern, well decorated and very comfortable.
-The owners were very responsive, everything was seamless.
-Everything worked great...the air conditioning was a big plus!
-We will definitely attempt to stay here again...our experience was 10!

Wonderful time
The unit was very modern and clean. Well appointed. Bigger than originally thought. Enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony. The Condo was close to downtown but far enough away from the noise. Two minute walk to sandy beach. Highly recommend.

Lovely, spacious, well equipped aartment
We really enjoyed our time in this apartment - it's light, comfortable and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. We were only 3 people, but it's unusual to find a 2 bed apartment that has more than enough space to comfortably accommodate 4 people. Bacvice beach is just across the road and the historic centre of Split is a 10 /15 minute walk. I would advise however, that it's not suitable for people with mobility problems - it was too far for my elderly father to walk in to Split and taxi's either didn't want to take us as it was too close, or, if we were the other side of the Riva, brought us back several different ways and definitely over-charged.
We were collected at the airport by Branimir (a friend of the owners) and also did another couple of journey's driven by him. He was friendly, interesting to talk to and did not over charge.
It would have been helpful to have a "useful information" folder in the apartment - eg although there are several little supermarkets in the area, it took us quite a while to find the best one. Plus instructions on the cooker hob, recommended restaurants etc would have been appreciated.

Beautiful well specified apartment in Split. Minutes walk from the beach and close to the Old Town. All furnishings to a high standard. Much needed air conditioning and terrace with shaded areas as well as sun loungers. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Split.

Fabulous apartment and location
The apartment has been excellently decorated, with modern appliances and fixtures. The pictures do not fully describe how nice this apartment is. The patio has a view of the water and is very quiet. The location was wonderful, steps to the beach and close to the old town, as well as bus station and ferries. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Luxury apartment but poor view from terrace
Most definitely a beautiful high spec apartment with everything you need and more! In a good location within easy walking of everything. However we were very disappointed with the outside terrace view. We were expecting full unobstructed views to the harbour as shown in the advertised photos but this is not the case. There has been a large tall building erected right next door to the property which blocks the view. It also totally blocks the sun from the terrace. Such a pity because it is a lovely terrace but without the sun it was too cold to enjoy it.

The Carlsberg of apartments
We were totaly satisfied with this outstanding apartment. It has been finished to a very high standard and all the supplied equipment, crockery, glasses, furniture is of above average quality. The Patio is large and well supplied with relaxing and dining furniture.The location is excellent being a 15 min walk to the town and 5 mins walk to the beach. The owners laid on a very good and inexpensive private car transfer to and from the airport. There was a comprehensive welcome pack and the owners were there on our arrivel to demonstrate all of the apartments controlls. I wish all holiday rentals were this good.

Also wir können die Angaben im Online- Inserat nur bestätigen der Zustand der Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten in Split und Umgebung sind sehr vielfältig und mit Sicherheit für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

The perfect find...
This may well be the best apartment available for rental in Split.
Ideally located within a few minutes’ walk to the beach, restaurants and town. We appreciated the pick-up and drop-off airport service and the cold bottle of water as soon as we got into the car was a nice touch.
The apartment is even better than the pictures show, newly renovated with top inclusions and air-con in every room. We especially enjoyed the outside terrace and it was great sipping wine and watching the ships come in. Friends who we caught up with in Split were so impressed with the value, location and amenities they cancelled where they were going to stay and moved in as soon as we left. The added bonus is that it is owned by a lovely young couple who are very professional to deal with. It is one of the best rental experiences I have had in years of renting vacational properties. You cannot help but wish them well.
The only negative I can think of is that it will become so popular it will be difficult to get a booking in the future.
