The apartment itself is huge and spacious. Obviously recently renovated and an easy walk (for us) to the boats etc. Parking across the street was no problem for our large XC90.

I would first stress we would stay here again but there are a few inconveniences. The beds are really uncomfortable and extremely low to the ground. The one with the ensuite was only about 30cm from the ground. More futon than bed. The dog barking!!!! I saw it in another review and thought “how bad could it be?” OMG ! This is not the fault of this apartment but that dog is in the same building and ANNOYING !! One day it started incessant barking at 4:55am and none of us could sleep through it. Tired parents and 3 sleep deprived teenagers. Good times. Light sleepers, bring earplugs. Please provide oven mitts or a towel for the kitchen ! wifi was not great Not sure why we had a TV in our room as it was on the floor and not installed on the wall where the cable is. Coat hooks near the entrance would be great. It rained our entire trip and somewhere to hang those wet clothes near the front would be appreciated to not drag water through the apartment!

- Great location for accessing Tremezzo, short walk to both the pier and Main Street of restaurants but quiet enough for little disturbances in the night. - Huge apartment (2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with one being en-suite, kitchenette and two room living area) - this is great value for money for a group or family - WiFi strong enough for work calls or streaming

- Beds very uncomfortable, with poor quality bedding - didn’t really match with the beautiful furniture and architecture of the rest of the property - Not fault of property but lots of noise in surrounding area in the morning (noisy dogs barked every morning, local bell towers ringing) which disturbed us from about 6am onwards each morning of our stay - Expensive for location, preferred our stay in Bellagio in a property that was much smaller (fine for us as a couple) but a third of the cost per night!
