The property was exactly as listed. We loved the location, the ease of getting in and out of the property. The condo was clean, had towels, chairs and the amenties were great. Would stay again.

Great location steps away from a very nice beach! Apartment is located in the second floor so your view is essentially the parking lot. There is a terrible ghat and mosquito problem inside the apartment which made things a little uncomfortable. WiFi does not work in any of the bedrooms so the televisions are useless. Toilet is stained yellow; not sure if it’s urine or rust!

This condo is a charm. Two words describe it, spacious and clean. The owner was very accommodating and prompt to respond. The kitchen was big and since that’s the space where families share most, it was perfect. The bathrooms were spacious, especially the master bath. The room with the balcony did not have a closet and that was a bit challenging. However, that would not deter me from staying there again. Thank you so much Jennifer!

We really enjoyed our stay! Staying here made our visit sooooo easy. We utilized almost every amenity the condo had. Parking was great (gated and assigned). Pool is not a big pool but it offers both sun and shade. It's 4 feet which was perfect for our 2 year old. And, it was always either empty or only 1-2 other people were there. The beach is literally at the end of the street. A very easy walk. There are at least 8-10 great beach chairs that the property had for us. Also, beach towels were available. We also, used the dryer. Such a nice bonus to have.The balcony was super nice and you do have a view of the water (Can't really see the beach). Also, we appreciated the balcony was cement/stone and totally blocked so we felt it was very safe for our 2yo vs. almost every other property having bars. You are not directly on the beach but this is a very new building and it was super nice. It didn't bother us that we were not directly on the beach. We appreciated the kitchen being full stocked because we did cook. We had family over for dinner a couple times and seating was excellent. When we arrived, Jenniffer had not yet sent the code for the keys but, the important thing was she was just a phone call away. We know it was a simple accident. No big deal. I wanted to make sure I included this because things happen and how hosts respond to a guest in need is a BIG deal.So, we were so grateful for her availability. She was always just a phonemail away.Would recommend and stay again!

There were 6 of us- 3 adult couples, and this location was perfect for our family!
We did a lot of cooking in the condo, and the well stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze.
We made use of the beach chairs at the condo, and rented a sturdy umbrella on the beach. The walk to the beach was less than 5 min from the front door. The water in the ocean was super warm, and you can walk a mile along the beach before you encounter a rock wall blocking your path.
We used the pool on the ground floor, and we were the only ones there, both times. The pool water was nice and warm, making it hard to want to leave.
The view from the roof of the building is beautiful.
We visited the El Yunque Rainforest, which was about 45 min away. It’s a spectacular National Park, with waterfalls and a great swimming hole at the end of the Angelita trail- which is only a 15 min walk into the rainforest. The visitor center is also worth a stop.
The San Sebastián festival was going on while we were in San Juan, and it was crazy busy after being cancelled the past two years because of the pandemic. The estimates were 100,000 people were in attendance. You couldn’t park anywhere near the festival, but there were scooter rentals available to get you closer to the event. There was food and live music and just a huge party in the street.
We all had a great time and we’re already talking about planning a return visit!

We had a wonderful stay for six nights in this spacious and well-appointed apartment 1/2 block from a beautiful stretch of beach in Carolina. Only missed having a better view from this second floor apartment, but otherwise would highly recommend it - especially for families.

As a wheelchair user, the description and pictures were very important to me to ensure I could navigate the apartment. It’s the most accessible non-ADA place I’ve ever stayed and Jenniffer was even kind enough to install a hand wand shower head in the master bathroom. The pictures and description are very accurate, and my family and I had a great stay!

The condo was clean and stocked with everything that we needed for our beach vacation. It is literally steps away from a very clean and beautiful beach. We loved being able to walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes time. The only small complaint that I have was the fact that there are only two sets of keys and you need them to get out or in of the unit. Since we were all adults, we had to figure out ways to get back to let each other in or out. A key pad to the gates would be helpful instead of having just two keys. Also, the master bedroom does not have a TV and we just couldn’t get the TVs in the other two bedrooms to work at all. A simple printed instruction sheet may fix that issue rather quickly. But, the TV in the living room worked and it did not detract from an amazing vacation in Isla Verde. Two last things, the beds were very comfortable and the balcony with the ocean view was outstanding. Each morning my father sat out and read with his coffee while watching the ocean! It is a great unit and you will not be disappointed. We will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay! The only thing i can suggest is put a sign on the Red switch (which determines if you have hot water or not) Do not turn off. Someone from our party must have thought it was the lights and turned off the switch and we were without hot water for 1 1/2 days. But as soon as we contacted the Property owner they were on it and told us to check the switch and that is what it was. The property is a great location. Clean and spacious. The property owner was a great communicator and even willing to let us check in a little early due to flight bookings. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend this property to others. Great location as well. Beds were comfortable as well. Thank you

The condo is in a super location that is walking distance to beach, tons of restaurants and stores. It was perfect for our family of 5. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler were there for our use. The beach is literally one block away and was fantastic (smooth sand, no rocks, warm water and very safe/calm for swimming). We would strongly recommend l this condo for families.

The balcony is spacious with views of the beach, which is a very short walk. The condo is well equipped, with nice beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels. A car isn’t necessary as everything is within walking distance. Ubers are very reasonable and readily available. Air conditioning is available thru-out the unit, although it isn’t necessary as the breeze is wonderful and keeps the place very comfortable.
Looking forward to visiting PR again soon! The people are warm and welcoming….the weather is beautiful and this location is tops!

Wonderful Family “NewYear”
Words can not describe how beautiful this Condo is. The location is steps away from the gorgeous beach. There are many restaurants, convenient stores and clubs in walking distance.Everything you need is there for you. Kitchen, spacious living room and bedrooms.Picturesque rooftop pool and corner balcony with patio furniture.The owner, Jenniffer was a pleasure to rent from . The communication was great . All questions answered in minutes.Can’t wait to rent this Condo again!My family will remember this New Year vacation forever!

Condo was absolutely perfect! Our group (6 adults) had more than enough room to spread out. It is steps away from beach and restaurants and couldn't be in a better location! We had everything we needed and then some. We discovered the rooftop pool on the last day, which was too bad because it has a great view of the beach and was perfect spot to relax. I would not hesitate to stay again the next time we are in the area.

Great location!!! There were six of us that stayed for our annual Girl’s Getaway. Plenty of room for sleeping and sitting on the balcony. The owners were very accommodating to our needs and responded quickly to resolve minor issues. We had a short walk to beach and shops in the area! We would highly recommend this condo!!

Great location!!! There were six of us that stayed for our annual Girl’s Getaway. Plenty of room for sleeping and sitting on the balcony. The owners were very accommodating to our needs and responded quickly to resolve minor issues. We had a short walk to beach and shops in the area! We would highly recommend this condo!!

Upscale condo in the heart of Isla Verde
Friends and family (six of us) enjoyed this luxurious condo for our stay in Puerto Rico. Although we’ve visited this beautiful island many times, this centrally located condo is by far the nicest and roomiest we’ve experienced. Spotlessly clean upon arrival, every one of our group quickly settled in.
The master bedroom is enormous and the en-suite equally so. The two additional bedrooms are very adequate with plenty of room for all. The kitchen is up-to-date and well outfitted for your culinary adventures. We used it well for breakfasts and some dinners, but the restaurant options nearby offer lots of choices. The younger in our group visited the first floor gym facilities nearly daily and relaxed in the rooftop pool at the end of the day. We took advantage of the easy, gated parking for our rental car – Enterprise is a very short distance away.
Out the building’s front door to the left and you’re just ½ a block to the beach, or out to the right and you’re ½ a block to our very favorite breakfast place (Playa Papaya) and Isla Verde Avenue. Get dressed up a bit and head down the street to El San Juan Hotel for drinks and live salsa!
Our host Jenniffer was always easy to reach when we had questions. We will most certainly consider returning the Maxim Tower when we visit again.

We loved the accessibility of the apartment . The apartment was closed to the airport , nice restaurants . The apartment came with 2 parking spots which it was great specially parking nearby could be difficult at times . We are coming back next year !

Great Location, Very Roomy & Responsive Hosts
Overall a group of five adults enjoyed the comfortable and roomy location close to the beach. Master bedroom is fantastically large with the other bedrooms sufficiently comfortable. Unfortunately during our 6 day stay, a water leak occurred in the master bathroom causing some disruption but was promptly addressed to by the owner of condo and the building maintenance team. The condo was comfortably furnished with a nice balcony facing the beautiful beach which is within walking distance. Would come back if we have opportunity.

Convenient location, great stay.
Communication with Jennifer was quick and easy and we got access to the property with no hassles. The apartment is located in the heart of Isla Verde a block from the beach and walking distance to 24hr CVS, restaurants, car rental, etc. It was the perfect home base from which to explore PR. The apartment was clean, AC worked well, and kitchen was well appointed. Parking was available on property. Would stay here again.
