Ubicado en Iona, esta encantador casa por 120 € por noche es una fantástico opción para su próxima viaje. Casa de pueblo de dos pisos renovada y bellamente renovada de Newley con 3 habitaciones, (todas las camas son tamaño queen) 2 baños y medio. Limpio, todos los muebles nuevos. Lavadora y secadora en la unidad. Apantallado en lanai y vallado en zona exterior. Excelente ubicación a tres millas de la playa de Fort Myers. También cerca de las islas Sanibel y Captiva. Esto se encuentra en la sección Robins Roost de Peppertree Pointe, que cuenta con piscina, puerto deportivo, muelle, playa privada, canchas de tenis, sendero de una milla de largo. Varios restaurantes a poca distancia. También se incluye: parrilla de propano, bicicletas, toallas de playa, juguetes para la piscina / playa, flotadores, un carro plegable para transportar tus cosas a la playa, 4 sillas de playa, cafetera, WiFi, cable, secador de cabello, 2 televisores, toallas de playa, plancha w / tabla de planchar y otros artículos.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Super clean. Owners were fantastic. My kids loved the pool and the location can’t be beat. We’re already planning our next trip. Book it if you get the chance!!

My husband and kids stayed there and said it was nice and roomy. Pool needed to be cleaned and grass needed to be cut but inside was nice. Owners were great to work with through this crazy time of Covid. They were very flexible. My family’s flight kept getting delayed and they didn’t arrive until 3:30am. They were very understanding. We would stay again.

Clean place and in good area of town
My husband and kids stayed there and said it was nice and roomy. Pool needed to be cleaned and grass needed to be cut but inside was nice. Owners were great to work with through this crazy time of Covid. They were very flexible. My family’s flight kept getting delayed and they didn’t arrive until 3:30am. They were very understanding. Klein und sauber.
Grundsätzlich ist das Haus sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung fanden wir allerdings sehr dürftig, was die Anzahl der Teller, Tassen und Gläser anbelangt und sonstiger Küchenutensilien. Der Geschirrspüler ist nicht richtig eingebaut und kommt einem beim Befüllen komplett entgegen.
Der Tisch und die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind alles andere als komfortabel.
Ansonsten aber gibt es unsererseits keinerlei Beanstandungen und wir würden es dennoch weiterempfehlen.

This place was just perfect for our family of four— clean and comfortable, had everything we needed while there, plus beach towels, umbrellas, cooler etc. Convenient to groceries and to all the area beaches and nature preserves.

Wonderful to Work with
The owner's were extremely wonderful to work with and very accomodating and helpful. The property was immaculate.

The condo was very clean and updated. Location was perfect. Close to Sanibel, and a number of restaurants are close by also and within walking distance! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the Lanai and at the pool which is literally 10 steps out the front door! A couple of things to note, We couldn’t find potholders in the kitchen which could be our fault for not looking around enough. And as the previous review said parking can be an issue. We did not have an issue, but they do have assigned parking spots but none are labeled except the one of them which is the spot that we were told to park in and had a different condo number on it. One of the permanent residents said they are working on labeling all spots.
Overall it was a super nice condo and would recommend staying there.

Great vacation and weather was great got to use the pool everyday.

Great location!
The Unit was great for us. We went to the beach a lot and golfed a lot. We were within 15 - 20 minutes from beach's and golf courses. The unit was clean and furnished with everything you would need. The pool was a few steps out the door. We had a couple friends who live in Fla. come over and they liked the place as well. The only draw back was the parking. Assigned spots would be a big help! Other than that, the place was great.
