When I came the Room little felt dirty, Floor felt dusty, Full garbage Under the zinc, Floor in bathroom need to brushed. It felt very slippery.

This apartment is perfect. After a wide inspection there is no hotel at this level and price. The host simply took care of everything, and was available even though we really didn't need anything beyond what was there because everything was organized in advance. Self check in is very efficient and everything was beyond expectations. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need including a coffee machine, the design is amazing, there are shading curtains that made us sleep well. The apartment is in an amazing location right at the entrance to Plaka and within walking distance to any central place in the city. And yet the street is quiet and pleasant. We had a lot of fun. Wi-Fi was very spotty Lobby stair area light wasn’t working There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom our entire stay and on our final night, bathroom and toilet weren’t draining making it very inconvenient. Couldn’t shower or use the toilet

The bed was very comfortable and so was the apartment. Big windows you could open and get fresh air. A Cafe right out the door, George the owner was amazing and food delicious for breakfast. If you want to buy jewelry, go to the silver store across the street next to Dimo’s, owner’s name was Petro. They sell gold too. He gives a great deal and has nice things. The apartment was in an excellent location.

Very hard to find and get into the room. The church bells ring very loud every hour 24 hours a day, but we did get used to it and it stopped waking us up all night. No early check-in or late check-out, but there was a luggage room where you could keep your luggage which was nice. There was no microwave or plug converter for those who live out of EU. The hallways smelled of sewage, but thankfully the apartment did not. The washer and dryer was difficult to use. We had to turn the fuse off to get things out of dryer earlier and the wash took a very long time.

The team were fantastic to deal with and very responsive. Room is great and has everything you need for your stay. It is also central location to shops and 5 minutes walk from the main square. There is an elevator to take your items up to your room too

The apartment is equipped very well, it has everything you need to stay comfortably in terms of facilities - a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron, and all the essential kitchen accessories.

1. No noise isolation - nearby church bells are heard very loudly at 23:00, 6:30, 7:30, and 8:00 and it woke us up throughout our stay. In addition, the neighbor's kids are heard very well through the walls from 23:00-1:00 and we could not sleep well. I was very surprised that no review has included that piece of information until now. 2. We came home one night at 22:00. The building door lock failed and we texted the apartment managers for help. We didn't get a response until 11 am the next day (more than 12 hours!). We were lucky enough that one of the other residents agreed to help us. Nobody but her answered us through the building intercom. In general, the design of the apartment is very nice and it is equipped well, but it isn't worth much when you can't sleep well and relax on your vacation.

We couldn't fault our stay at this beautiful apartment right next to Plaka - a short walk to a beautiful square with great restaurants and just around the corner into Plaka. The apartment was well set up with coffee machine and pods, tea, olive oil etc. Large windows letting in light and air conditioning. Very quiet spot. Our host came back to me immediately with a query I had (we couldn't access our email for entry into the property) giving friendly and clear instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

stylish design, super clean, best location in Athens!

It would be nice if we could check in a little earlier than check-in. we returned from our week long yacht trip and were tired. it seemed to me that our apartment was ready before 15:00 ... but we left all our suitcases in the luggage room and walked around the city until late lunch.

By far the BEST place i’ve stayed in athens quiet , brand new and luxe superb location

The place is new and modern. The apartment is well finished and equipped with all appliances, dishes, etc. The location is superb and well connected to all the sites, shopping, etc. The management is very responsive. It was very clean and everything we needed was available.

The 'sofa bed' is not really a 'pull out couch' like American homes / apartments. It's a sofa where you just move the cushions and sleep on. It's comfortable for a child to sleep on but not really for an adult. The apartment is great for an individual or a couple but not really for 3 people.

No regular cleaning and not even a change of towels You were expected to just wash the towels and reuse which I was very disappointed with. No one expects to be doing the laundry for towels on holiday!

Difficult to find something wrong. The apartment is modern and very well equipped. Love it!

Nothing was wrong. Can I suggest the host to give advise where to park the car and perhaps agree a tariff? The zone is quite hard and it is good to have a suggestion instead going in the dark.
