I loved the decor and the beach!

we loved it and had the best time!!

There was supposed to be a bridge to walk across to get to the beach and the pool. The bridge was not open and the pool across the street was not open either.

Everything.

I have no complaints or suggestions for improvement. We enjoyed it all.

Location is beautiful. Sight and sound of the waves soothing. accommodations comfortable and pretty.

Hot tubs were down. Floors were gritty.

Location and comfort. Condo was well equipped and deco was wonderful. My contact via text message was very good.

We did have trouble with the TVs. Called our contact and she got someone to take care of. Dishwasher did not work. Did not let anyone know because we didn't know until day before we left.

The staff was was friendly and the pool was awesome.

Our air-condition was broke and it took over 24 hours to get someone out to fix it. It only took 15min to fix it. I had to call 4 or 5x to get results. . I think a 100 dollar refund was not enough for not having ac. But was appreciated We couldn't cook the food we brought because it was 79 degrees for 2 and a half days of a 3 night stay. Also the condo appeared clean but feet would get black in about 10 min in condo with no shoes. Maybe they are mopping with dirty mop water. I was really surprised with covid there was not soap in the bathrooms to wash hands. Might think about a shuttle service
