the lounge is past it's use by date and needs tp be replaced

Great view , great family or friends unit stay

Need a real good professional clean including the aircon as it’s not useable due to mould - the units was great but let down due to cleaning issue .

The location within a couple of minutes of the marina restaurants and nearby to everything else

Very poor customer focus for both Owner and Manager. property manager completely disinterested. when collecting keys I asked if there was any instructions for accessing the private parking . They said they didn’t know anything about the parking and finally told me to just look for a park with our number on it. ( This property has underground parking with roller door and keys to operate the door) Don’t expect any consideration for any unexpected circumstances even COVID Read the fine print just so you are aware you need to bring ‘everything’ with u - sheets, towels, dish detergent, laundry , tea towels etc . The location is good with balcony view however it is not at all private and the busy walking path goes right by the balcony. Airconditioner had mould

The apartment had awesome views a d located walking distance from everything

The bunk bed was difficult to make up

Awesome location opposite Little Nel, close to town and marina. The view is exceptional and the deal maker. Apartment is a good size and well equipped for your stay.

Ad states heated pool. Don’t believe this to be the case, no evidence of any solar pool kit or obvious point to heat pool. A small issue on an otherwise great break
