This homestay is located in the center of Tangkak town, making it very convenient. The rooms are quite spacious
The bed is quite dusty, and to improve the cleanliness of the room a bit.

It has free parking. The cafe staff was kind and helped us boil the eggs. Thank you :)
The location is terrible, just beside a main road. Due to the noise of the passing traffic at night, we didn't sleep at all. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Also, toiletries are not complimentary. You have to pay for toilet paper even. No toothbrush and paste provided - need to buy from the counter too. No kettle in the room.

There was a partition door between my room and next person room. It is not soundproofed and i can hear almost everything behind the door

Considering the price i think it was worth the stay there. Staffs are all accommodating and facilities are quite decent and comfortable with good bed, pillow and heated shower. They also has cafe so you dont have to worry for breakfast. Also got vending machine if you need snacking or maggi cup in the middle of the night. You may have to bring your own iron and kettle since its not provided in the room. But they do provide drinking glass, soap and shampoo kit.
I think they can add more place to hang stuff in the bathroom.
