Helle und freundliche Einrichtung. Modernes Badezimmer (leider hängt der Spiegelschrank zu tief). Küche mit Spülmaschine und Sitzecke. Privater Parkplatz. Abstellmöglichkeit für Räder. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Ruhig (die Bahn Richtung GAP fuhr nicht). Die Lage ist für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung sehr gut geeignet. Das Auto wurde weitgehend stehen gelassen.

Ich fand es bedauerlich, dass die Gastgeberin sich nach unserer Ankunft nicht gemeldet hat, ob alles in Ordnung war. Sehr schmale Einfahrt. Meine Kritik bezieht sich in erster Linie auf die Küchenausstattung: Zu wenig Geschirr für eine gute Auslastung der Spülmaschine. Es gab nur 3 Kaffeelöffel! Die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr langsam und der Kaffee daraus nicht besonders heiß. Weder Brötchenkorb noch Abdeckhaube für die Mikrowelle verfügbar. Die Bratpfannen sind nicht benutzbar und sollten dringend erneuert werden (Beschichtung abgekratzt!)

Clean, comfortable apartment. Close to the center, great view of the mountains. Cosy. Kitchen is fully equipped. China was exceptional and very Good Taste. Plenty of kitchen towels!.Great parking behind the house. Big balcony which has 3 enterances from all rooms: kitchen, living room and bedroom. There was even rack to dry all the clothes at the balcony.

I had knee injury. My movements are limited at the moment. Level of the floor between all rooms is a little bit different 2-3cm, which is not a problem for healthy adults at all. Since I am injured I hit the level of the floor couple times, then I got used to it. I think it is useful to mention that all bathroom soaps and shampoo are not provided so people bring their own. Also not a problem at all, we brought everything.

Everything was amazing: a huge, beautifully designed apartment with a comfy couch, a kitchen with everything you need to cook and a great bed in the sleeping room. Little attentive extras like a tourist discount card, a bottle of wine, chocolates and coffee & tea to use. The biggest balcony I've ever seen with an amazing mountain view, and everything was spotless clean and new. Also very attentive hosts who communicate perfectly. I've never given a 10, but this apartment deserves no less!

Everything was perfect, would highly recommend it.

This is great accommodation! We enjoyed very much . Sparkling cleanliness, all equipment in a kitchen is really comfortable. Bed is comfortable as well. It took 5 minute to reach Mittenwald center. There are a lot of free parking for 2 hours (by clock ) in the center Mittenwald. We have hiked around Lautersee and traveled by car in this amazing area. We've been 13-17.12.2019
