We were so happy with everything at this property. From a filtered water spigot in the kitchen to all the beach "things" we needed for a wonderful stay, it couldn't have been better!

The location could not be any better. Steps to the beach and a trolley that takes you anywhere you need to go. The property was very clean and it felt very homey. We absolutely loved it the only thing we hated was leaving. We will be back soon!!

Sal was a pleasure to book through. The house was in a great location beside the shops (1 min walk) and the beach is 30/40 seconds away across the main road. House was clean and just as shown in the pictures. Plenty of showering towels as well as beach towels. Fenced in yard outback made it great for our 2yr old to play. There is beach gear too with kids toys and chairs to use. There is a spot beside your car for a golf cart rental/parking as well for anyone who rents one. Oh and the AC is amazing and blows really hard!!! We will be booking here again for the fall. Z, T, and J

Everything was great. Sal was the perfect host. The beach umbrella was broken, within hours we had a new one. Comforter had a stain, mentioned it more so we didn't get blamed, Sal was there with new comforters for both twin beds and even made the beds for my kids. Location perfect 100 yards to the west was the ocean, 100 yards to the east was the bay.

Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

The property is super clean and absolutely stocked with anything you could reasonably expect. It’s a perfect spot and I intend to go back in a year or so.

This property is fabulous. It is close to all the action & activities we wanted to see & do. We walked to most places & only got out and about in our rental car a few times. The property was clean. The back yard is convenient to gather for snacks & drinks or to just hang out. The property manager was very friendly, helpful & easy to communicate with. We will book this property again.

Cute cottage two minutes from the beach. Very near to restaurants and shopping and trolley stop to explore the whole island. Nice backyard too.

Very homey inside with everything we needed. The gas grill was great to use as we had been fishing and prepared most of our meals. The washer and dryer were convenient to use. Location was perfect. We sat in front of the house and listened to bands at local restaurants, very nice. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This is the perfect vacation home if you are going to AMI. About 300 steps from the beach. Sunsets every night. And also right next to the night life and great restaurants. We rented a car because we have a child and it was easier when going to and from the airport, but it totally was not necessary. The free trolley is so fun and super easy. Sal, the owner, is amazing. Such a sweet and helpful guy. I had to bug him a few times and he was right there to help me. The house itself is perfect. We made dinner there a few times. Used the grill out back to grill fish and steak. Made food for the kid inside. The beds are comfy. It’s really just the best place ever. I can’t wait to go back and I will definitely stay at Sals place again.

We love this cottage! Steps away from the beach, restaurants, shopping and bars—wonderful location. The place is clean, comfortable bed, no car large television and well stocked with everything you need. We will definitely come back again. The owner, Sal, is very nice.

Location was excellent. The house was cute and very clean but not comfortable. Mattresses and couch were not comfortable. Was disappointed that we couldn’t watch current TV. We loved the location of the house and would recommend it for that reason but I will not be back because it wasn’t comfortable.

Right in the heart of Bradenton beach just across the street from the ocean and Bridge Street was the cutest guest house, Carmentina. It was everything we needed plus!

Great little 2 bed in heart of bradenton beach/bridge st action. One street over from all the shops and eateries of Bridge St. Super close to the beach. There is a spot to park a car but you don't need one once you're there. You can walk to everything. Circle K convenience store across the street, gift shop and ice cream right around the corner. Only advice to family's is there isn't a tub, only a shower but the pics will show you that. Great place and would definitely stay again.

Cute home in a great location. I rated it only a 4 on location as it is just a block off the main drag and there is some street noise. So...The quiet cup of coffee on the porch isn't that quiet. But it is because of this location that you do not have to walk more than a 1/2 block to get to shopping, restaurants and bars. Anna Maria Island has a great free trolley service that we used often. There is a Circle K very close by which is handy. The house itself is great. SUPER clean. Updated and functional and has what you need. Host was great also. He was quick to respond to any questions I had.

We had a great time we went for a ling weekend the home was very clean very convenient to everything. Just steps away from the beach. We plan to book here again.

2nd time I have stayed in this house. Location is great whether it’s summer or winter. Rental provided beach cart and beach supplies, such a great help. Will be back again! Sal responds quickly to all questions

Thank you for renting out your lovely house to us. The property is in the most perfect location, over the road from the beach, a block away from Bridge Street with many shops, cafe's and restaurants. The house was so clean with every amenity for a great stay, if we have the chance to visit the area again we wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay. You can’t beat the location, close to everything you need. The house had everything we needed, but I would recommend bringing extra beach towels if you have more than two people.

My Wife and I have been blessed to be able to see and stay in much of Florida. We are not "rich" by any stretch. We have stayed from Daytona all the way down to Key West, back up around through Marco and lots of places all the way back up to Clearwater as well as places in the middle of the state. Day after day that we stayed at Sal's place it started to become clear. We can't recall a better location in a better spot. The options for dining, fishing, access to other watersports, hanging out to see live music over a cocktail, walking across the street to the beach. You don't even need a car when you go to this place. It's ALL within a short walk. Sal has the hookup for you. The side yard with the grill is really really nice and private. I fired up some wings, burgers, and chops. The neighbors must have been drooling. You don't need to grill if you don't want to. Italian, Mexican, and great seafood restaurants are a 1-to-5-minute walk. The fishing pier will hook you up with a pole and some bait and if you catch something you want to eat right away, just walk to the end and the restaurant will cook that bad boy up for you. Sal has the beach hook up as well. Grab the cart, a couple chairs, the cooler, and head over. Grab a fist full of the floaty noodles and the umbrella and hit it hard. His place is modern with new appliances and attention to detail. He is an owner who doesn't just suck all the cash up and not put it back in to the place. No bug problem because if you are smart, when you are in Florida, leave no food out. Put everything in the fridge I mean everything and wipe up after yourself. In Florida, bugs are everywhere, just be smart and don't invite them to your party. Sal is right there for you, and if an issue arises, it's handled. Sal is ON IT. His place is rare in Florida for cost and location. Read the details on the beds, the bedrooms, and the rest and decide what works best for you.
