First of all, we should not forget that the condo owner has approximately 35 years of hotel management experience. Condo has everything you can think of. For example, I used the portable freezer at home a lot when going out. There was a table and a chair for my child to play with, and the kitchen had almost all the necessary items. There is a private balcony for smokers. Actually, before I rented the condo, I was very skeptical because it had 10 points, but if I had the opportunity to give it 11 points, I would. The owner of the condo is a wonderful person who is open to communication. The condo is Absolutely ideal for families and those who love to play golf. There are even tennis courts on site. The condo owner left a tennis racket and tennis ball for us. I don't know what more to write. I thank him for this nice welcome and his warmth.

Amazing condo with everything you need for a perfect stay! It was VERY clean. The area is quiet and pools close by. Owner is very responsive and check in was very easy! The pictures are accurate! Highly recommend!

We've stayed in a number of VRBO properties and this unit was exceptionally clean. It's decorated in modern design and is well appointed with a full set of kitchen supplies and other household items to make your stay more comfortable such as extra blankets and pillows, portable fans, foldable luggage racks, portable coolers, for day trips, and pool toys for the kids. The owner posts signs throughout the condo to help explain how the appliances work along with the house rules making it easy to familiarize yourself with the property. Even the remotes for the ceiling fans are labeled so you don't mix them up. Don't let the low price scare you. I had the same concern and can unequivocally say we were very pleased with our stay.

We had the pleasure to stay here for 2 weeks, it was a great stay, the condo was fully loaded with all amenities and all kitchenware needed. Definitely coming back!

Jan's VRBO was perfect for our needs. We were impressed with the 24/7 security and controlled access services of Ventura Country Club, property and surroundings cleanliness, and Jan's excellent service and care. in addition to being located close to the Orlando Airport, the property is in close proximity to Supermarkets, Restaurants, Shopping Centers and Attractions, making it extremely convenient and comfortable . We will consider staying here again in the future. Thanks you, Jan!

Pros. Place inside was clean.
Cons- could not turn air conditioning below 75 degrees. Very uncomfortable!!! buildings very run down. Pools were not heated. Hot tub by pool was broken - Never fixed. Golf course was closed for redoing course. Had been closed for seven months! We were never told. The course Did finally open just before we left. They let animals at The resort. Don’t walk on the grass!! People don’t clean up after them!!
We ended up leaving two weeks early and paying for something else. We will Never stay there again!!! A lot of money and not happy at all about conditions!!!!

We were vary happy by the choice of this property, everything was superb, not a small detail was overloked. Our host, Jan was very nice and easily available for any questions. Kitchen was very well equipped and all was a good quality. Anyone traveling with children woud be surprised to find everything needed, small set of table and chairs, small colorful dishes, beach chairs and even umbrellas in case of rain. 3 beautiful pools are great addition to some relaxing days in the condo. We also liked a nice restaurant on premises, delicious food and great service. We loved everything about this home away from our home in Florida. Thank you l, Jan!

Well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. I had every necessity at bay. Very well maintained bathrooms and a cosy/spacious bedroom. A friendly owner and is always there when you need him, A genuinely nice person who wants to share all he know about the area. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Great place!
Jan’s place was absolutely perfect for what our family needed as we relocated to Florida. We were at his condo for a month while our belongings made its way down from IL and his condo had everything we needed. We had nothing to worry about. His condo was also very family friendly with many kid friendly items we used such as utensils and chairs. We had a pool nearby and the place itself is located within a private community which was great. It was a bit way off from our kids’ school and Summer programs, so there was bit of a commute because of that, but other than that it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend it. Absolutely loved the condo! Decor was so perfect, everything we needed was provided. Owner was on point with contacting us and info for us. Location was perfect for our beach time and Disney/Universal days. Very convenient location for any shopping we required. Only thing I would have liked would have been the ability to turn the thermostat down to at least 74. 76 was too warm for us. We Did like that there was a fan and ceiling fan in each room for us to use. Pools on property were very nice as well!

My husband and I stayed at Jan's property for 2 weeks over the holiday. The property was very clean, he was very responsive to any communication. Location close to Lee Vista (lots of restaurants, etc) as well as I-4 and the toll roads. It was a good fit for the 2 of us. Thanks for everything Jan!

Jan is a very nice person and respects your time and space as you spend your time in his rental property. The property is well kept and clean. All the amenities such as AC water and everything inside the house, all function well. I enjoyed my stay in this rental property. The interior of the condo is very updated and stylish and contained every item we needed. Everything was clean and inviting and Jan was very easy to get a hold of throughout our stay!

Very stylish (gorgeous bathrooms too!) and more than enough room for our family of four. The heated pool is sparkling clean and was warm enough to swim in December, and the hot tub was great to warm up in when the weather was cooler. Water toys and noodles and a kid’s table were nice touches. Jan is very responsive and friendly and an all-around great host. We have stayed at a lot of different VRBO’s and Airbnb’s - and this was our all-time favorite. We will definitely stay here again!

Superb!
Arrived to the condo earlier than I told Jan. Jan had no prob with. Condo was clean, spotless, and very welcoming. Traveled with two boys (5 and 6 years old) and the condo was decorated with Disney items throughout the house and their room. Everything in the description was given plus more. We had two days thunderstorm during our stay and Jan referred the best indoor activities and restaurants. Returning to do Universal next year and will definitely stay here again...... Thanks Jan!

Comfortable Health Healing Retreat
Our family used this vacation condo as a health healing retreat, and it was great! The condo was super clean with modern upgrades in the baths and kitchen. The community was safe and quiet, and the owner was friendly and accommodating. This is a relaxing get-away for adults and children.

Enjoyed our 3 month stay in this very well maintained clean condo. The owner is a very friendly accommodating person. The condo has been renovated and is kept in very good condition. It is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and Disney.

Orlando week
Great place to stay, lovely and quiet. Only a short walk to the nearest pool and spa. The accommodation is nicely laid out, the lounge is spacious and just off it there is a useable kitchen complete with many appliances. Both bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage space suitable for longer stays if you are lucky enough. Everything was clean and well kept and Jan the owner is easily contactable. Will definitely stay again if around the area, it’s ideal for the theme parks and other local attractions.

Very clean
The best part of this condo is how clean it was! This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Had plenty of items needed to cook and even provided towels and items you would not find elsewhere. The grounds were extremely clean and felt safe in the gated community. If you want to stay away from all the hustle and bustle, definitely book this condo!!!

Very nice stay!
We had a lovely Christmas time at this condo. It has everything you need - extra towels, lotions, shampoo, first aid kit, etc. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. Slept great in king bed!

Super Condo
This is a wonderful condo. It was super clean and very updated. Just steps away from the pool. The Disney theme was adorable. The owner was super nice and very helpful in leaving us plenty of information on local attractions and resturants. Can't wait to return for another vacation there.
