Enclavado en Holmes Beach, esta encantador condominio por 212 € por noche es una estupendo elección para su próxima escapada. La casa de vacaciones recientemente renovada y totalmente equipada de 2015 se encuentra en la isla de Anna Maria, en el distrito de Holmes Beach, en un complejo residencial tranquilo y bien cuidado (comunidad 'North Beach Village'). La playa de arena blanca está a solo 200 m, por la que se puede caminar fácilmente.
La casa, con unos 125 metros cuadrados de espacio habitable, se divide en dos niveles. Sala de estar-comedor con cocina abierta y balcones contiguos (uno sale al frente como se muestra en la imagen y el segundo está en la parte trasera y está completamente cerrado con una mosquitera).
En el nivel de vida también hay un aseo de invitados (lavadora y secadora incluidas).
Las 2 habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño y aseo, se encuentran en el segundo piso, ambas habitaciones están recién amuebladas al estilo de Florida. La comunidad tiene una piscina comunitaria (climatizada en invierno y a 10 m de distancia) que solo los residentes de 'North Beach Village' pueden usar.
En los alrededores hay excelentes restaurantes con bares a los que también se puede llegar a pie. Una cancha de tenis pública (reflector), cancha de baloncesto y campos de golf se pueden encontrar en los alrededores.
También hay un pequeño gimnasio en la isla, a unos 500 metros del condominio.

We have just had two wonderful weeks in Rudi and Silvia’s home.
The house was fantastic. It is our third time staying in Holmes Beach and this time was lovely.
House is well equipped and was spotless.
The property was perfect for what we were after, Beach, pool and a bit of local sightseeing.
Cannot recommend enough as a destination and the accommodation.
We spent time at the airport trying to work out how soon we could return 😎

Great smaller rental in our favorite area
This was our 6th time (over 20 years) on Anna Maria Island and our 4th time staying in North Beach Village. Previously we have stayed in larger units as we had our older children and their grandmother with us. This year we only had our youngest daughter, so the two-bedroom layout was perfect. There were plenty of extra linens and towels. We spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch, which was perfect for a quiet cup of morning coffee. We ate most of our meals there as well. The community pool was clean as always; the same for the pool bathrooms. The beach is a short walk and we appreciated the wagon and the beach chairs that were in the unit. The owners were very responsive to email and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Quiet, family friendly condo complex
We enjoyed our stay here during spring break week. We had everything we needed-- a well stocked kitchen, ample towels and linens, gas grill, beach chairs, etc. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and peaceful surroundings. Highly recommend!

We discovered there was no BBQ grill so we spoke to the owners and they agreed to purchase one and have it delivered right away. The kitchen was well stocked with China, silverware and the like. The beds were fine although only one set of sheets was provided for our three week stay. The pool was good and not at all crowded. We were happy with the condo and Anna Maria is a great place to vacation.

fabulous winter getaway
We loved Anna Maria Island and staying in your darling condo. It was a short walk to the beach, so many options of restaurants within walking distance and the condo had everything that we needed in addition to being very clean and well kept.

Great beautiful place to stay.
Beautiful place to stay everything was excellent minus one thing did not give us the unit number so made it difficult to find the unit we need to stay in. I would stay there again for sure.

If you can live without gulf view, this is the place to be. Calm, cozy and beautiful complex.

Ein perfektes Zuhause auf AMI
Sehr schöne Doppelhaushälfte mit gemütlicher und gepflegter Einrichtung. Sehr sauber. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub gebrauchen kann (Strandschirme, -stühle, Kühlboxen, ältere aber funtionstüchtige Beachcruiser (Fahrräder), Buddelsachen für die Kleinsten, Strandtücher, etc.). Gute und reichhaltige Küchenausstattung, sehr gute Waschmaschine und Trockner. Schöner Balkon, gute Betten, gemütliches Wohnzimmer. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Perfekte Beschreibung für die Gäste liegt aus. Der Poolbereich ist (zumindest für uns) durch die relativ dichte Umzäunung nicht besonders einladend, für eine kurze Abkühlung aber allemal ausreichend. Netter Email-Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder!

Empfehlenswert !
Wir haben uns eine Woche lang sehr sehr wohlgefühlt, in diesem wunderschönen, mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Condo. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, wenn man das Haus betritt. Fam. Bühler hat hier bei der Einrichtung des Hauses wirklich an alles gedacht. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer, die Bäder, alles wie beschrieben und in einem einwandfreien, super sauberen Zustand. Die Küche hat eine Komplettausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sogar eine komplette Strandausrüstung, incl. 2 Fahrräder gehören dazu. Den Strand erreicht man in ca. 4 min zu Fuss.
Leider ging der Urlaub viel zu schnell vorbei, aber nach dem Urlaub, ist vor dem Urlaub. AMI gehört zu unseren Lieblingsurlaubszielen und die Unterkunft von Fam. Bühler gehört jetzt auch dazu.

Sehr schönes und top ausgestattetes Haus!
Hallo, wir waren Mitte Juli 2018 für 6 Nächte in dem, von den Vermietern mit viel Liebe ausgestattetem Haus. Es hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen und wir können dieses Feriendomizil wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Die einzelnen Räume sind liebevoll ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber. Bis hin zur Strandausrüstung ist eigentlich alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Weg zum schönen Holmes Beach ist nur ca. 5 Minuten.
Einzigen Kritikpunkt in der Anlage ist, dass ein Kind mit 13 Jahren nicht ohne Begleitung eines Elternteiles an den gemeinschaftlichen Pool darf. Ich denke das ist ganz Zeitgemäß. Aber dafür können unsere netten Vermieter denke nichts, mit denen wir auch einen super Kontakt hatten.

Perfect for family of 4
This condo was perfect for our family! The garage was so nice for keeping our car cool in July and it had a large area in the back with 2 bikes, beach chairs, floats, sand toys, a beach cart, wires to hang towels, and sliding doors to outdoor shower. There was a stone pathway to the community pool in the shade ( but the water was very warm). The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was so nice to have a large washer and dryer, so we came home with clean laundry. The beds were very comfortable....If it was not for the beautiful beach about 3 blocks away, I would never have gotten out of them! As we were leaving, we were greeted by a very nice lady ( assuming she was the landlady whose contact is listed on the fridge). I'm certain that she would have been helpful had we needed anything, but everything was perfect!

Beautiful condo in great location
My husband and two kids stayed here over the 4th of July week and we highly recommend this property for anyone wanting the perfect Anna Maria Island vacation! We loved this condo - it was in a great location (a couple blocks from the beach and a two minute drive to multiple restaurants and shops), very clean, and there was plenty of space for all four of us. The pool in the complex was very clean and had nice, shady areas to sit under. Rudi and Silvia provide pretty much anything you would need for a fun day at the beach or pool - floats, noodles, chairs, sand buckets, etc. They also provide two bikes if you want to explore the island. There was an outdoor shower at the condo - great for kids because we washed them off before even going inside. We ate dinner every night on the patio, which was screened in to keep the bugs away. Overall - a very nice stay in a great location!

Seit 1995 sind wir regelmäßig auf Anna Maria Island, es ist unsere Lieblingsinsel in Florida. Deshalb haben wir in der Vergangenheit auch schon viele Urlaubsunterkünfte kennenlernen dürfen ... Dieses schöne Condo in North Beach Village ist für uns definitiv das Schönste. Besonders schätzen wir an diesem Objekt:
- Die liebevolle und sehr praktikabelste Einrichtung und Ausstattung - es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt!
- Die penible Sauberkeit
- Die ruhige Lage mit sehr kurzem Fußweg zum Strand
- Angenehme Nachbarn
- Sehr freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieter

Wir kommen wieder
Wir waren schon in vielen Condos in den USA, aber dieses Domizil war bisher eindeutig das best ausgestattete. Kurzfristig sind wir 2 Tage früher angereist, was unkompliziert und grosszügig möglich war. Auch das late check-out war kein Problem für Fam. Bühler. Man fühlte sich sofort zu Hause in dem schönen Haus. Es ist geschmackvoll und qualitativ sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Weg zum Strand ist nah und mit dem kleinen Strandwagen kann man problemlos Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm transportieren. Was wir auch sehr genossen haben, waren die kleinen Velotouren mit den hauseigenen Fahrrädern, die zur Verfügung stehen. Am ersten Tag hatten wir noch Probleme mit dem Wlan, was sich aber von selbst wieder löste, auch von Frau Bühler wurde es sofort ernst genommen und sie leistete umgehend Hilfestellung. Ansonsten hat das Wlan bestens funktioniert. Alles in allem ein Top-Urlaub in einem Top-Haus mit Top-Vermietern:-))

Tolles Haus
Das Haus ist einfach toll. So dicht an Meer. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Die Vermieter haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Ausflüge nach Orlando und in die Everglades sind auch empfehlenswert. Das Haus sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir möchten uns nochmals bei den Vermietern bedanken. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir waren im September auf Anna Maria Island und das Haus hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Vermieter haben es sehr schön eingerichtet und man findet alles vor, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht . Es fehlte wirklich an nichts.
Der weiße Sandstrand, den man in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht, lädt jeden Tag zum baden ein. Die Pelikane flogen über uns und manchmal waren auch Delphine zu sehen. Sollte mal ein Gewitter kommen, sind die großen Shoppingmalls mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.
Auch bieten sich von hier aus Tagesausflüge in die Freizeitparks von Orlando an.
Der beheizte Pool, welcher zur Anlage gehört, ist sehr gepflegt und ein Bad nach einer Shoppingtour war immer sehr angenehm.
Die Buchung war problemlos und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Eine deutsche Ansprechpartnerin ist auch vor Ort.
Schade, dass die Zeit so schnell vergangen ist, aber wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Traumhaus
Wir haben uns in dem sehr gepflegten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Man merkt, dass es den Vermietern am Herzen liegt, dass sich ihre Gäste wie zu hause fühlen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Wohngegend. Restaurant, Banken und Supermarkt sind gut zu erreichen.
Den nahegelegenen weißen Sandstrand erreichen sie zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten.
Da es in dem Haus einen Bollerwagen gibt, lassen sich sämtliche, ebenfalls im Haus befindlichen Strandutensilien leicht zum Strand transportieren.
Möchte man den Tag an einem anderen Strandabschnitt verbringen, kann man den
kostenlosen Bus nutzen.
Kurz gesagt, wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in Anna Maria Island verbracht.
Sollten wir noch einmal unseren Urlaub dort verbringen, dann gerne wieder in diesem wundervollen Traumhaus!!!

Tophaus
Der schönste Urlaub den wir in Florida gemacht haben. Wir haben uns alle wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr bemüht das der Urlaub ein Erlebnis wird. Das Haus ist super, vor allen die Terrasse mit Blick auf kleinen Wald und sehr viele Eichhörnchen. Beim Frühstück alles sehr genossen.Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da. Die Ausstattung ist auch spitzenklasse. Und endlich auch mal scharfe Messer. Essen gehen kann man auch gut, und sonst geht man zu Publix. Also tolles Haus das man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen kann. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir wissen nicht mehr wie oft schon!!
Unsere Flüge sind gebucht und die Vorfreude steigt. Am 12.10.2013 starten wir zum x-ten mal ( wir wissen nicht mehr wie oft wir dieses schöne Haus genossen haben ) nach Anna-Maria.
Dieses Haus bietet uns alles was wir für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigen.
Komfort, Gemütlichkeit, Ruhe, viele Eichhörnchen welche gerne zum Frühstück
einige Peanuts verdrücken, kilometerlanger Sandstrand gleich um die Ecke sowie
perfekte Ausstattung. Da einzige worüber wir uns im Vorfeld Gedanken gemacht haben. Die Flugzeiten; rechtzeitig in Tampa landen,damit wir noch eben bei Publix einkaufen können.
