After talking to staff, apparently my expectations were unreasonable. It’s a small ( 8 room B&B). They cater to folks who want B$B and do activities during the day. The bedroom was small, spotless and had A/C. We paid extra for a late checkout as the bedroom is the only place for A/C. But that was only for an extra hour. We had to wait an extra 90 min before our checkin and ride to our next accommodation and we’re stuck outside in 37 degrees. Couldn’t access A/C (only in bedrooms) and they didn’t have a water cooler. It is Very close to the beach and staff were good

Web site needs clear information If one room( were we stored our luggage?) had AC that would have been helpful Suggestions for management water cooler and ice available for guests would have made a difference. I eventually got some after complaining. I rarely use A/C and never complain. But the heat this week was unusual and I felt physically ill.

Very clean and cute place within walking distance of a beautiful beach and very short drive to Coco. Excellent breakfast, and the staff is amazing. Michael was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Beautiful stay and hope to be back!

In the middle of nowhere! (Cannot walk to the grocery store/restaurants - need a car)

A beautiful collection of buildings nestled on a hillside. Everything seems to have been upgraded. The decor is very modern. Nice small pool. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. There is a great restaurant located on the beach just down the road. Very close to Coco as well.

Water pressure was low for shower...but no big deal. Very tricky to locate the entrance located on a bend on a busy road.

Convenient location. Close to The Monkey Farm.

Near the town we wanted to stay at. Small but good pool area. 10 to 15 minute walk to Ocotal Beach

Room furnished poorly. Not enough tables or surfaces for things. Breakfast ok. Prior to arrival staff was unable to process credit card and created the worst client-hotel communication I have experienced which required booking.com customer service to solve. Could be language issue with front desk staff or lack of experience with small challenges of this nature.

Las instalaciones son óptimas y confortables. Pulcras. La temperatura de la pequeña piscina es ideal. El personal fue bastante atento.

Un punto en contra es que, además del desayuno, no hay ninguna opción de alimentos o bebidas. Hay que salir a buscar comida y víveres.

Jediná pozitivní zkušenost byla s paní co dělá snídaně. Velice milá a usměvavá.

Zaplatili jsme si dle popisku 3 lůžkový pokoj s terasou a výhledem na hory. Při příjezdu nám byl přidělen pokoj s výhledem na parkoviště. Pan provozní nám sdělil, ze vedle původního pokoje přes den probíhají stavební práce a je slyšet velký hluk. Hluky byl slyšet i v našem novém pokoji, kde nebyla ani terasa a už vůbec výhled na hory. Celkově asi nejhorší zážitek z ubytování po třech týdnech na Kostarice. Za ty peníze to absolutně nestálo.
