Nuestro condominio de vacaciones en el último piso recientemente renovado de 1 habitación se encuentra a pasos de la hermosa playa de Cocoa (a 90 segundos a pie de la arena y el surf). Esta unidad está decorada y decorada en un estilo de playa relajante "no te preocupes, sé feliz" e incluye las últimas comodidades, como una gran televisión de alta definición con pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD / CD / FM y servicio de internet inalámbrico complementario.
El condominio viene completamente amueblado con una cama Queen size y un juego de mimbre y un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar (capacidad total para dormir 4). Ropa de cama, utensilios, ollas, sartenes, tazones, platos, cafetera, licuadora, tostadora, plancha y tabla, 2 sillas de playa y refrigerador están incluidos. Pisos de vinilo de lujo en todo.
Hay una gran terraza común con muebles de patio en cada piso que está protegida del sol. Un lugar perfecto para pasar el rato después de un día en la playa para disfrutar de su bebida favorita.
Convenientemente ubicado a una corta distancia a pie del muelle de Cocoa Beach, tiendas de comestibles, tiendas, restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento, y a una corta distancia en automóvil de las atracciones del área, como los restaurantes / bares de Puerto Cañaveral, el centro comercial Merrit Square, el zoológico de Brevard y el Centro Espacial Kennedy. Love comfortable unit. Clean, very well equipped. Very close to the beach. Met lots of very nice folks in the complex. Lots to do in the area. Recommend Kennedy Space centre.

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend. This was the perfect condo and the perfect location. We were very please. host was very responsive and accommodating when I asked to have a later check out! We will definitely stay again.

Our unit was adorable and bright. The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. Our host and hostess were lovely and very helpful. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need including welcoming coffee, tea and a few condiments. The bed was super comfortable with all the linens and towels supplied. We were walking distance to a gorgeous beach, lots of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the shared outdoor patio and loved going for evening walks to Cocoa Beach Pier and watching the cruise ships sail by in the evening. We loved our stay and will definitely return next time we come to Cocoa Beach.

We wanted a place with some comfort that may allow us to watch a launch. Lots of nice touches in the property with a great many “extras” left by previous visitors. A very short walk to the fabulous beach which allowed a great view of a launch. Owners were great at communicating. Sensibly priced. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean unit in a good location

The property was as advertised and very clean. Being one block from the beach was very convenient, and I appreciated the sidewalk that ran north of the complex, as I was able to walk safely in the morning and not be in the road. Publix and Papa Vito's Italian Restaurant were nearby. Andre stopped by to help with the TV, which was not working correctly, but it was a quick fix. I do have two recommendations, though - better pillows (fluffier) and a floor fan for the warm nights.

The property is amazing. A short walk to the beach. Lots of places to have fun close by. Ana and Andre were easy to reach, when needed.

Loved everything about our stay. The condo was perfect for our family to relax there and the beach was in walking distance. Didnt have ro worry about going out to dinner all the time and spending money.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent for walks on the beach and short trips to restaurants, bars, the space center, kayaking, etc. Would stay here again.

The pictures and description were 100% accurate. Very clean and cute beach vibe. Safe little neighborhood tucked away from hoards of tourists and car noise- yet close to amenities ( 5 minutes by car). Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 adults. A small child or 2 could sleep on the pullout couch? I would recommend bringing a few extra bath towels if you stay for a week like we did.

This was a beautiful and clean apartment in a great area located in the heart of Cocoa Beach! Check in and check out went smoothly with no issues. Walking distance to the pier and multiple local restaurants. And the beach was a short 2 min walk as well. We loved our time spent here.

Great location! Short walk and plenty of beach available since it's in a quiet residential area. Super clean and has everything you need in a home away from home. Short drive to local attractions and would be a great place to watch a launch!

We loved our stay here. It was private, clean and had all the amenities and then some. We loved walking everyday to the Pier or beach, which was minutes away. Loved every minute there. Comfy bed, very clean and felt so good coming back to this condo every late afternoon after beaching it.

The pump in the bathroom and kitchen ran out of soap. Also, a suggestion is to have instructions for running the t.v. in the bedroom. It should be as simple as turning the power on but all we got was a fuzzy picture.. When we were leaving we were instructed to start the dishwasher. We tried to do that, but could not get it to start.

Wonderful location
The property was exactly as described and pictured in the VRBO posting. There was plenty of space for the two of us in this one bedroom condo. The beautiful new floors are a breeze to sweep-up and keep clean. This is Florida be the beach and as much as you try to keep it out, sand is everywhere. There was a glitch in the air conditioner and Andre, the owner, responded super quick to have it repaired. The best I can say is that I want to return.
The exterior of the property in general could use a cleaning and some fresh paint. There is a good sized lawn around the building shaded by lovely shrubs and trees. The walk to the beach is easy and the beach itself is one of the best we have ever visited. There was no commercial pressure on the beach and plenty of wide open space to pitch our parasol and chairs.
The waves are just perfect for playing in the water no matter how old or young. There is a whole bag of beach toys in the condo for building sand castles. I definitely want to go back to Cocoa Beach. You don't really need a car at this location. There are stores within a 10 minute walk. So yes! The Condo and location get my very best review.

We'll be back
This condo in a quiet neighborhood is conveniently situated for relaxing on the beach, shopping and/or sightseeing. It is clean and updated, with pleasing decor. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking and baking utensils which was a plus as we enjoy preparing our own meals.
Anna and Andre are friendly and considerate hosts. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Awesome stay!
When I first booked the rental, I was hesitant since booking online can be a scam or you hear about them not being what is advertised. We were very happy that the condo was clean and was literally a no hassle rental. Will definately book again! Very pleased!
