Very clean, close to the beach, very quiet and friendly neighborhood, close to restaurants and places of interest in the area. We are birders so loved visiting Pelican Island and Merritt Island Wildlife Sanctuary located close to the rental house. ,

We thoroughly enjoyed our home from home in Melbourne Beach. Well equipped house with all you need both in and outdoors at the beach. Walking distance to amenities, beach and the Indian River and pier. Much needed air con and garden area to sit outside. Great choice of TV channels and board games for stormy days. Being British, one useful addition would be a kettle.

It's not often that a rental home turns out to be even better than advertised, and this one is! This home is in perfect condition and stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The beach is a block away, with restaurants and a great neighborhood market also within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The communication from the owners is top-notch. This house is the perfect spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy Melbourne Beach and the surrounding area. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for a week. Clean, inviting, well thought out and fully stocked, friendly neighborhood and absolute ideal location! The beach just a short walk away was perfect for our family of 5 and situated in a quiet little neighborhood. The host Kim was so easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, booking to departure. We had so much fun and enjoyed our stay here thoroughly! Cannot thank the hosts enough! From the day, I booked this property until our trip was finished and we were back home, It was nothing but wonderful.
The host was very communicative, and very prompt to answer any question or concern we had. The property was exactly as it was stated. Very clear instructions on what we needed to do. Also extremely clean. I cannot wait to refer friends and family to this property and hopefully come back next year.

Great communication with owners! Loved being part of the community and being in a quiet neighborhood. Our boys loved the basketball court nearby. The beach that we could walk to was just perfect , quiet and not busy! We are from Michigan and the beaches here have so many people and this was such a treat to have a “private” beach. Loved walking distance to some stores. We spent so much time outside it was just so enjoyable! The house was so nice and the kitchen , loved the counter space!
Great communication with owner about the close and fast urgent care and pharmacy as I had to bring a sick child in the day we got there.
I just can’t say enough good about the owner and the place. It was perfect!

We stayed here for a month with our young family. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Kim was always readily available and offered lots of helpful suggestions for activities we could complete. The house was very clean when we arrived and the check in process was easy. Close enough to Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center that we were able to do day trips without difficulty. Overall a great stay that we all really enjoyed!

If I could give more stars in every category I would happily do so. The house was immaculate for starters. Well stocked and comfortable. Recently renovated with new appliances and well thought out open floor plan. I spent lots of time on the covered patio. My favorite “room”. I can’t say enough about Kim the owner. She made sure we had everything we needed. Also provided information about nearby restaurants and times for space launches. We enjoyed the Melbourne Market, the pier, and of course the beach. We explored the Historic Melbourne area but felt so at home on the island we seldom left it. It was such a treat to stay here and be able to walk between the river and the beach. This was our first trip to Melbourne Beach. It is such a peaceful place and I hope we can return. We highly recommend this area and especially this home and wonderful owners. A treat!!

We had a lovely stay at the yellow beach cottage! Everything was so clean and the kitchen is beautifully updated. The short walk to the beach is awesome, and the beach is quiet and beautiful.
The owners are lovely and gave us lots of helpful hints about restaurants and other sites to see. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, our family had a great week!

Nice area to get away from the cold. Neighborhood was great for walks. Close to the beach. Kim and Mark were great hosts. Kim was very communicative from the beginning, and even put us on to some of the launches which could be seen from the beach. If we should stay in that area again we would try to return to the house.

Girls Trip!
This property was very clean, close to the beach, and Kim was very helpful with suggestions of restaurants and things to do in the area! We brought a beach cart and was difficult for us to maneuver down the stairs to the beach, but the beach area was practically a private beach! We had an amazing time and enjoyed ourselves very much!!! Sand on the Beach is down the street and had amazing food and great views of the ocean! Great location!!

DREAMY home & Location!
Absolutely AMAZING home with everything you could possibly need! These owners take great pride and go above and beyond for their guests and you can tell that when you walk into the home. Beautiful remodeled home and spacious kitchen. We have a small toddler so he had a good time running around and watching the cranes in the back yard come by! Breezy deck area & wonderul grill made it feel like home! We loved the large shower in the master (great for people who are tall! We fit under the shower head) and the beds were comfortable! No complaints about our lovely stay here and we loved the 2 minute walk to the beach. Great area for families wanting some down time and we felt safe at all times. Great market nearby and a Starbucks. Thank you for a great stay and we are already telling our family about it! Best wishes :-)
