I didn’t stay. When I arrived there wasn’t a name on the outside and I wasn’t sure if I was at the correct place and I had no wifi or cell service to contact anyone. There was a rope across the main walkway blocking the way to enter. When I walked around back it looked like the place was deserted. When I looked through the windows the rooms looked the same as the photos, but I couldn’t find any staff. It also is outside of the main park entrance and if you plan to stay for extra days under one entrance ticket I believe you’d have to buy another ticket?? I continued into the park and stayed at Hotel Lago Grey.

I like the clean and modern style of the facilit, the big wrap-around picture windows in the common area, and the nice breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The shower rooms were just cross the dorms and had plenty stalls. The staff were very friendly. We had hiking planned in the early morning and the staff were there to serve our breakfast despite it was earlier than regular hours. Thanks!

The faucets on the wash basins were too short that the mouths were too close to the basins. It's very hard to get water without using a cup. The hooks in the shower stalls were too small to hold the towel and clothes.

Wow, what a gem. The views from the Pampa hotel are spectacular. the staff was amazing, the breakfast was delicious and the living room area was amazing for a drink while watching the sunrise/sunset.

The only small issue with this hotel is getting there if you don't have your own car. Also it's expensive if you want to do activities around the area if you don't have your own car.

Absolutely one of the best hostel in the world! Everything is new. Very friendly staffs, warm, clean and nice breakfast with amazing scenery.

Getting in & out is not easy. Should take bus to administration of park and then should ask pick up service. (The price is quite expensive). The cheapest way is to rent a car
