This was a great property for a group and very central

There are 2 separate toilets but only 1 bathroom/ shower - which wasn’t really enough for 6 adults

great place, very peaceful and a good nights sleep. Food was also very good

Huge spacious home in a quiet friendly street . Comfortable beds huge TVs big kitchen and five mins to sea front . Host is fast to reply and friendly . What’s not to like . A real gem ! So nice !

Location was excellent for us, short walk to the sea front. Information was comprehensive, parking great. The facilities were fine for our needs

It was very central for our needs. Any problems were sorted out quickly.

Parking can be a problem if you have more than 1 car in your party. We did have a problem with the oven as it tripped the switch on the circuit board twice and had to be replaced, which was done the next day. Unfortunately this meant we had to buy takeaway.

An amazing weekend. The house is in a superb location. The 3 bedrooms are a great size. With plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary items. The wifi has a booster so covers the entire house. It is located one to numerous local pubs and shops. The hosts ensured that everything was in order and constantly enquired if we needed anything else.

the rooms were spacious and confortable. we spent the week at Goodwood revival, it was perfect for 3 couples

Property was really great, very well equipped and lovely beds. There is nothing inside the property we could say needed improving. Some lovely thoughtful gifts etc left for us.

Sadly it is the area that lets this accommodation down. Noisy during the night, drug users on the corner, sadly low economic background which would not have been a problem but it did create an environment where people were par-taking of drugs.

the property was lovely and clean. Came really well equipped with everything we needed- including high chair and travel cot.
