This is a comfortable place to stay. So much on offer. Plenty of supplies, kitchen equipment and many books. Only stayed for a few days, but really could have stayed longer. The main bed mattress is a little old. I Would recommend this property to anyone and might look at another stay. Thank you to the owners for a nice place.

Super property, comfortable beds, well appointed & close to the beach & walking track. Enjoyed the views over the bay along with the bird life dropping in for a feed on the balcony. Everything you could need or wish for is provided by this thoughtful owner: boards, bikes, kitchen needs, linen & WiFi (too many things to list). The garden is amazing-a private & lush oasis. Fabulous place to stay & thoroughly recommended.

Comfortable house
The house was extremely comfortable and well equipped - I can,t think of anything that was missing. Mark is a generous host and there were basic groceries eg flour available for use. The house had a beautiful outlook, the garden was amazing and it was close to the beach walking tracks. We had a lot of rain while we were there but there were plenty of books and games, and places to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. Recommendations for walks, places to eat etc were welcome.

I've stayed in the south coast many times and live this place - one of best equipped I've stayed at. Great setup with downstairs and upstairs, both fully contained with separate bathrooms. Great for two couples (in our case parents and grandparents). Also great location close to blenheim Beach and white sands walk. Would definitely stay again

The property is well positioned to all the beaches, and particularly Blenheim and Nelson which are a few minutes walk. It sits on the higher side of Elizabeth Drive, allowing for fantastic views of the Bay.
The amenities at the property are almost boundless. The owner Mark, has catered for everyone's needs. The kitchen is well equipped and fully stocked. The garage has bikes; bodyboards; paddleboard; wetsuits; and much more. We didn't need to use them as we had our own, but great for those who want to minimise their travel luggage. There is a folder with a lot of information, as well as a photo album which looks back at when the house was built.
A lovely property for couples, and a small family. Highly recommended.

Perfect Location
Easy stroll to the beach, lovely view of the ocean and a fantastic welcome gift. Our daughter enjoying feeding the birds on the deck. Great time had by the whole family.

Nice and quiet house. Close to everywhere
Very tidy house with everything you need for a family holiday. Walking distance to the beach, and 5 minutes drive to the local shops. Beauitiful garden for the afternoon tea and definetly great holiday experience.

A very well equipped holiday home
I have visited Jervis Bay from Sydney many times over the last few years. My experience of the holiday homes in the area is that they can be a bit hit & miss, even the more expensive ones. At the price point of this property I was expecting there to be a few areas that required improvement but after 3 nights there we couldn't really find any!
The house is in a great location, just 2 or 3 mins walk from the amazing Blenheim Beach and not far from Greenfields and Nelson (where you can walk your dog if required) beaches as well.
The rooms are all different but all lovely. Downstairs is a self contained flat with kitchenette in case you need some space from each other!
The kitchen was very well equipped (something that I've found is often not the case in Australian holiday rentals). It's got everything you need to cook just about whatever you want. They also provide a number of basic ingredients which was very helpful upon arrival.
Lastly there is a garage packed full of toys to use outside and at the beach. They have cricket bats, footballs, mountain bikes, boogie boards, frisbees etc. - fantastic to take to the beach.
All in all a great property and highly recommended.

Alva Lee is an exceptional holiday house, with every amenity you could want, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of books, games, comfy beds, amazingly stocked kitchen & beautiful bathrooms. loved sitting on the top deck overlooking the sea & feeding the parrots & lorikeets with seed provided. I would definitely come again & highly recommend!! thank you
