Thank you for sharing your home with us! The condo was simply amazing for our recent vacation in Kauai with friends. The views from the patio were better than expected! When we were not exploring the island, we spent our time on the patio enjoying the views, breeze, and sounds of the ocean. Would 100% look to stay at this place again next time we return. Great location and excellent communication with the owner.

The condo and views are as exactly as advertised and our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Ron's place was spotless, comfortable and included all the "extra's" one typically needs to stock up on when renting. The location is just around the corner from the airport (but not noisy) and convenient to shopping (Target, Costco), restaurants, and beaches. It is also a good central place to easily get to many popular activities and explore the entire island from.
We enjoyed spending time on the lanai and were lucky one day to see a full rainbow after a short rain. We enjoyed watching airplanes and even a cruise ship right from the lanai.
We made daily use of the on-site gym, pool, and walking trails around the beautiful grounds and golf course.
Running Waters Beach is directly below the unit and across the golf course. It is a short walk to get to and a bit of a steep hill to go down but an awesome place for pictures. I wouldn't recommend swimming there because it's quite rough.
We had a couple questions before our stay and Ron responded quickly.
We hope to return someday and highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Kauai!

Fantastic place! We loved it! Ridiculously amazing views from the huge lanai, great south beach weather, fun pool and gym, easy fast access to conveniences, beautifully decorated, nice heavy doors, subzero wolf appliances, super clean, great parking, easy scenic drive to anywhere you’d like to go. Nothing but raves! So grateful we found it. Ron is also a great host! We will be back!!!

The condo is in a great location and the photos are just what you’ll find. Sitting out on the patio in the evening and having a drink was a great way to wind down. I was able to see whales from the patio on two occasions, which was cool.
Many places to eat nearby and the fully stocked kitchen worked well. Costco and Safeway within a 10 minute commute.
Another note about the weather. This little corner of the island seemed to get the lightest amount of rain. We did have a few downpours but it appeared to rain harder across the way and more frequently as well. It is a very nice location to enjoy Kauai.

Condo is exactly as described, beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed the complex. I’m not sure if it’s a Covid thing or not but the kitchen didn’t have any kind of seasoning or spices , not a problem at all but have been to some places where everyone dated them and left them for the next group. Someone had reviewed and said that there was a espresso machine, there wasn’t one when we were there. Again no problem as the coffee maker got a work out! We will definitely attempt to stay there again.

We had a marvelous time at Ron's place and the island of Kauai. It was even better than the pictures indicated. We did alot of hiking around the island and this vrbo was a wonderful home base. I asked Ron several questions leading up to our vacation their and his responses were quick and very helpful. If ever on the island again, we will stay there without question. Thank you for a stellar vacation!

Ron and Alice's condo is just as described in the listing. It's all about the stunning view, comfortable surroundings and convenient location. This property is even more beautiful in person! Although you may be tempted to stay in the beautiful location, the island of Kauai has much to offer! Centrally located in Lihue, you have access to the whole island and then can come back and relax on the lanai or in the pool. Was a fantastic spot for our family of 5!

We kept pinching ourselves the whole time we were there- we loved everything about this property! Not only are the photos totally accurate, it is next level in person. The condo itself is in top notch condition and has everything you could ever need. I had packed paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher pods, etc but they had it all there! The Marriott property was stunning, we loved walking the gorgeously landscaped grounds and enjoyed the beautiful pool as well. The dryer does take a several runs to get towels dry but other than that- NO complaints! Truly an amazing time and blessings that we discovered this condo on VRBO! Thank you to Ron and his wife for sharing your piece of paradise! :)

Best kept secret on Kauai
We were delighted with the property, the location, and the facilities at the condo. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful, and the unit itself was very comfortable and nice. Loved the patio and the view. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Recommend without any hesitation!

A little paradise for our ohana
We absolutely love our stay and look forward to returning. The view, scenery and the apartment was spectacular. It was so very cleaned, organized and well maintained. We love the decorations and how the apartment flow. The pool was so wonderful and our children begged to come back.

Wow, the view in the photo is even better in person. I would come back again. Beds were comfy and I really appreciated the fan in the closet :) Everything was clean, it’s in a great location, and like I said, the view is just unbeatable.

This property is beautiful with absolutely breathtaking view from the lanai. He has everything you need for a home away from home. Love waking up every morning to open the large sliding glass door to take in the fresh air. We enjoyed all the amenities that come along with it…pool, hot tub, bbq area, fire pit, etc. It’s also in a centralized location to get to other shorelines without having to drive such a long distance. It’s so nice and peaceful here not like other hotels/resorts that is so busy and chaotic. However, nothing beats a great host like Ron. He is so kind, thoughtful and quick in responding to all my questions, concerns, and provide alternative options as needed. I can go on sharing how much we love this property. If you come across this property and thinking of renting. Don’t think twice, book it. You won’t regret it. Thank you, Ron for sharing your other home with us. Lovely Pukalani

Best getaway experience
Local girl here; spent the Thanksgiving weekend with the most beautiful ocean view over looking the area I grew up playing in the water at Kalapaki Bay. This unit had all the fine amenities of home and then some. Comfortable, relaxing and the pool & resort activities were entertaining & fun. Our 3 kids want to live here, haha. Full kitchen, washing machine & dryer a huge plus. A few small items that we noted but overall a definite gem. The surf at Running Waters break was crashing over the rocks big time so didn’t jump in, especially during the winter swell season, but I bet summer time must be nice and mellow. Hope to be back. ~ Mahalo
