Stunning apartment in a beautiful location. Have been visiting resort regularly over last 30 years and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in as a family. The apartment is beautifully done and very light and modern. Every detail of the apartment has been tastefully thought out. The host Maria is delightful and funny and welcomed us upon our arrival. I can't recommend the property and location enough. I resent having to write such a review as it will make it more difficult for us to book the property again in the future which we definitely will.

Maria has thought of everything in this beautiful apartment. The contemporary furnishings are both stylish and comfortable. The location is great with views across the marina and the bay. Although you're in the middle of everything, it's a gentle background hum and not at all intrusive and, once you close the windows, it's very quiet. But it's lovely to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and listen to the entertainment at the hotels further along the sea front. The music isn't thumping or intrusive - just a pleasant buzz. The kitchen is very well equipped and even has a Nespresso machine - with pods. There is washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and hand soap (including hand soap in the bathrooms). It's great to have beach towels included! The great welcome pack was much appreciated: bread, milk, orange juice, butter, bottle of wine, fresh fruit, etc. There's also salt and pepper and oil and vinegar, so all the basics are there. We used the Hoppa bus to travel to and from the airport, which dropped us off and collected us just around the corner at the Daina hotel. The large TV (with English channels) and DVD player are great and the wifi works very well. Everything we needed for a great holiday. Thanks Maria.

Great apartment in the perfect location with an amazing view! Maria met us at the apartment and was very accomodating the whole time. The apartment was so clean, modern and comfortable. I don't think we could have found a better apartment for our week in Puerto Pollença! We will definitely be back!

Under any other circumstance this would be a 5 star review. The apartment was in a fantastic location overlooking the harbour and restaurants below. The buzz from the area below was constant but for us that was no problem and meant we could eat on the balcony in private with a restaurant atmosphere! If you want complete quiet then maybe not for you. The apartment was beatutiful and had everything that we wanted or needed, as I said, a genuine 5 star place. But. From 8.30 am until 4.30 pm every weekday there was loud banging, hammering, drilling and sawing from the renovations to the top floor flat. Having arrived on Saturday and had a beautifully peaceful weekend, the shock of Monday morning was most unwelcome. The clean entrance area and lifts became covered with dust and building materials and from Monday to Friday we had to leave the apartment to get some peace. We asked the owner on Monday and Tuesday if this would be going on all week. We were told the first time she would find out and then we never heard from her again. We didn't let it spoil our holiday but it certainly cast a shadow over the days we would have rather stayed at the apartment and just relaxed. My advice is to ask before booking if the building work continues. From the look of it I guess it will be a long job lasting a month or so. At least if you ask in advance of booking you know what to expect. Asking questions about it while you are there was just met with no response. The information certainly wasn't offered to us before booking so ask the question if you value peace and quiet!

Apartment was absolutely lovely, situated in possibly the most central point of Puerto Pollenca. 30 secs to sea front and 60 secs to main square. Apartment was clean, roomy, modern and very well equipped. A towel change mid break was an added bit of superb service by Maria.

I wanted a central location for my elderly relatives and the apartment was ideal. The excellent photos portray the accommodation as it really is - first class. Everything you need is here. Maria has put a great deal of care into producing a beautiful rental property and is proud to show it off to her guests. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best apartments that we have ever stayed in. Perfect position right in the centre, and Maria Antonia was so welcoming. We would stay here again.

We had a very relaxing visit to Puerto Pollensa in February. Maria's apartment was so wonderful. Comfortable beds, very roomy bedrooms. There is lots of open planned space in the living area and the ability to close over clever partition doors which then makes it feel cosy at night. Everything you could need is provided, we felt very spoiled. Thanks Maria !!!

Maria, the owner, met us as we arrived and showed us around the apartment with obvious pride. Maria was lovely and very helpful. We had a fantastic holiday in Puerto Pollensa. This wasnt our first visit but it was our first time in Maria's apartment. The apartment is wonderful - spotlessly clean, very well equipped and stunning views from the balcony. The air conditioning is very welcome in the summer although the apartment is very cool if all the windows are open and the air can circulate. Maria is a pleasure to deal with. She met us on the doorstep and answered my query with the safe very promptly. We will definitely be back. Muchos gracias Maria!

Just returned from a superb holiday in Puerto Pollensa. The apartment as expected was stunning! It is located in the heart of the resort, on the sea front with breathtaking views. Situated on the second floor, it looks out on the port, beach & the surroundly bars & restaurants. The interior is modern and spotless, & the layout cleverly designed. You could want for nothing. The owner Maria was helpful & friendly, & was always available if required. The apartment was regularly cleaned during our 2 week stay, linen & towels changed. We will be back! Highly recommended 10/10.

We have been to Puerto Pollensa 6/7 times and as others have said this is the best apartment we have found, for its location and facilities. Maria has spent a lot of money on the property and everything is to the highest standard. You have the perfect sea, beach and harbour view from the living area, 2 of the bedrooms and the en suite bathroom. It is also within very easy access of the town square for eating out or the market. The balcony is directly above Cafe 1919 and the ice cream kiosk. We didn't really want to write this review in case anybody else chose to stay here next year.

My friend and I booked this apartment having read all the reviews. And we agree it's a fabulous apartment in a great location with amazing views. With everything you could possibly want. Maria was lovely. She was there to greet us when we arrived and a phone call away if needed. Which was a comfort for two retired ladies. We shall definitely be booking again

The apartment is modern and very clean, Maria was fantastic and so friendly and helpful, the location is fantastic with beautiful views of the harbour and all the buzz of the pine walk. The balcony is much larger than the photographs make it look and an ideal place to relax and enjoy the view. This is by far the best apartment/location we have stayed at in Puerto Pollenca and so central for the square/beach/taxi's/buses all within a minutes walk. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and Maria. Have fun!
