Parking - I had the neighbour always using the parking allocated to us - which was rather inconvenient and annoying.

thanks you so much for a fantastic stay. the flat was beautiful and Nicky really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. the helper who serviced the flat daily was absolutely brilliant and really added that extra touch of service to our stay.

- There seems to be an issue with small cockroaches. We saw them in the kitchen and bathrooms. Not what you would expect from 5 star accommodation like this

The stuffiness of a coastal area which makes the rooms a little musty. The hotel in the front omit smells from their food extractors which seem to come into the main bedroom and it lingers around in the air within the room and at night this smell is evident on bedding. It was difficult to sleep here. The aircons in 2 rooms had a problem. 1 leaked 1 worked but couldn't be controlled with a remote, had to be switched off or on at the switch if need be. There are service people who come around in the week. The bathroom window opens into the passage and faces the lift area, also has no burglar guards. The security at the boom gates for oyster rocks ,on most occassions did not comply with wearing a mask.

the view was amazing. the location was superb. and ease of access was second to none. it was a truly unique experience

the air conditioner in the main living area was not working and the duration of my stay was rather uncomfortable due to the balmy weather. there were cockroaches running around this stunning apartment and I was told that this problem seems to be affecting the entire building. the last problem was there was not enough towels.

The apartment is EXQUISITE! Nicci, the host and Bongi are phenomenal. This will be my preferred stay in Umhlanga from now on. The rooms are huge, the views amazing and the roof top pool to die for. There is even an invertor if the power goes off.

Absolutely nothing

The apartment was much more than I expected Very spacious. The view was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to watch the sunrises was amazing . The host was very accommodating even with my late checkout ...

Only suggestion is to have some more crockery, cutlery, pots and pans - and a coffee plunger or machine would be amazing.
